總體來説，不是太推薦，性價比有點差，還不如住在外面連鎖酒店。先是門鎖系統有問題，明明要開的是101的門，但201的門自動打開了，進去後差點被困在小電梯裏。後來到了101裏，裝修還是比較新的，説是在我們來之前已經打掃過了，但桌子椅子上面還是灰很多，抹布擦了好幾遍，被套全是黴味和灰，感覺長期沒人來住的。地下一樓的衞生間兩個角落漏水滴滴答答的。上下兩個淋浴房如果同時洗澡就會忽冷忽熱。wifi的密碼是錯的，最後叫了電信公司上門處理，光貓還被鎖在櫃子裏，人家根本沒辦法處理，好在最後找出了密碼。一樓的空調噪音太大不説還不製冷，開了一下午還沒外面涼快。小區環境不錯，就是沒什麼人，周圍有點荒，雜草叢生，連個超市都沒。優點就衹有大和安靜。最不合理的是，我住你民宿，還要收我停車費。

突然決定去陽澄湖吃蟹，趕緊找酒店，因為人多，打算定個別墅，但上疊都訂完了，衹有下疊，地下室的環境不太好，有一間榻榻米房間由於沒窗，好多地方都發黴了，枕頭和被子也不太夠。麻將桌有點搖晃，停車也要收費，但是人多，大家住在一起就是湊個熱鬧，這些細節也就不這麼在意了。

訂的時候看好房間號，每個房間設施不一樣。有的有卡拉OK，有的有燒烤。除了這點，其他都還不錯。可以説物有所值。

房間打掃很乾凈，設施很齊全,房東服務好，溝通很及時，有問題也會很及時的幫忙解決，多個小陽台，曬曬太陽很舒服，邊超市不多，但是還算便利 ，房屋設施很到位，可以燒烤，打麻將

位置好第二次來了 環境好，房子乾淨，很安靜 有廚具啥的可以燒菜，户外還可以燒烤 離菜場也不遠，可以自己買蟹回來蒸 適合三五好友相約遊玩、轟趴、小酌、聊人生！

團建訂了兩間房，101 201緊鄰着。101是B2到1樓三層，雖然沒有2層的露台，但每層空間都挺大，設施也豐富，B2和1樓都有大長條桌，B2還有投影儀，1樓有廚房。
