I'm a platinum member, and wondering why they are so different/bad from other Hilton hotels. We arrived to our room...... 1.Balcony open, a lot of water inside room because of that. 2.No bathrobes 3. No shower gel Hilton "fixed" that after a couple of hours. 4.Oops, they installed skinlotion in the shower, instead of shower gel, 😂 5. The bedclothes are old and washed out of cotton, only synthetic material left. 6.Our second room was flooded last day by failure of the air-condition Aqua park: Don't expect the life guards to check your children. They are watching/looking on their mobiles, not at the guests. The front office manager, explained that she was not responsible for Aquapark and house keeping, so that's it. That is very serious, and would be a really concern for the managment. Radisson, aqua park and Hilton are in the same franchise company, and that means maybe the lack of experience and problems. They (front office manager) offered some compensation, but we never agreed. Hilton should do a really good inspection, to validate that they can be a Hilton franchise,without destroying their brand name.
