Buffet breakfast
Food was good especially the omelette.
Actually services were so good and very efficient to clean up the table even though we just stepped out to grab more food
A card that indicate the table is taken and return the card when complete of the meal may help.
The smart view TV is nice as we may project our cell phone to TV to enjoy. However, internet connection wasn’t that good.
View not good as block by the Sydney Tower. Location is excellent for shopping.

Wonderful rooms including bathroom. Very clean. Super nice people at the reception desk and room service team. Great lobby/bar. Very good located in the centre of Sydney.A hotel I can absolutely recommend.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for a stay in central Sydney and it's attractions.
Room was large and bed was comfortable, bathroom was huge with both a shower and bath.
Elevators were prompt unlike what I read in other reviews.
We stayed in 2 hotels in Sydney and this was much better value for money.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was the best thing since it’s in the middle of the city. Just 20 minutes walk to China town/ Opera House/ The rocks market. However, don’t expect anything that is new. Their lobby is new and nice. The rooms though are quite old especially their bathroom. (Sadly I don’t have any photos of that). House keeping wise I wouldn’t say they did a very good job at it since every day they would forget to put down either new towels or tea bags for us.

The location is great and close to QVB light rail station. Shopping mall is just nearby, the hotel is next to Sydney Tower Eye. Supermarket is just in walking distance. The staffs are helpful.

Had a twin room with family. The hotel is quite disjointed with 2 lobbies. Very busy street to navigate in a vehicle and expensive valet. Multiple times we called the central service line to only have it ring out. When the phone was answered it took (in some cases) hours and repeated follow up to get 1 extra towel. Also we had to request larger doona's because the ones on the twin bed only just covers the top of the bed so as soon as you put two people in it, its not large enough t cover you.
Concierge on checkout was hopeless. He didn't bring a trolley to help with luggage, then my wife and son manhandled the remaining luggage. I had asked for our car to be brought up and after waiting for 15 mins we were told it would be another 30-40 and would we be happy to tbe escorted to the parking garage? That was actually the most convenient in the end. Overall would not stay again or recommend.
