This will be our hotel of choice . We come to Syracuse every six months . We stayed in Jan 2024 as well .

Facility needs some TLC. OK for one night. We arrived and went to our room. Several trash bags were outside rooms down the hallway. Still there in the morning. Must be short staffed. Breakfast above average. Staff friendly.

Our bed was quite comfortable and beautifully presented, and breakfast was very good.
Because of furniture arrangement, the desk was unusable. There were bags of trash & piles of linens outside of most of the rooms when we checked in (6pm). We were told by front desk staff that "the guy who picks that up quit today" yet there were 2 reception clerks & a manager sitting and chatting at the front desk. The trash was still there when we checked out. The closet floor in our room had large crumbles of dirt and the sofa was covered with blond (human?) hair. In general, the grounds were in need of maintenance; the grass needed cutting, and gardens needed weeding badly.
We wouldn't use or recommend this location again. Sorry

We had to switch rooms as ours smelled of stale smoke, very outdated and dingy, the towels and sheets were dingy too.

Stayed here during an extend graduation weekend at Syracuse University. Friendly staff. Quiet. Clean. Complimentary breakfast. Pull out couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable when opened. Had to swap sleeping spots my daughter, bc she wouldn't have been able to sleep there. Hotel was packed so didn't complain / ask to switch rooms. Would stay again if no one is sleeping on a pull out couch

Nice stay in a 2bedroom 2 bathroom unit.
We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years.
The main doors to the rooms are a little wonky to get the safety locks to work.
The breakfast area was not stocked as well as years past and was disappointing

Good continental breakfast included with room. Property is still in good condition, but showing its age in a few respects. Personnel is friendly and helpful.
