Booked for my friend’s birthday as she loves GD. The hotel is fantastic and super comfortable. Service is awesome and make my friends feel special. And also arranged the birthday cake and balloons in the room to surprise my friends. I should say, I will definitely try this hotel myself next time while travel to TW.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Even though the hotel is new, the team operated with the professionalism and efficiency of a well-established property.

這次台灣之行完全是因為這家新開的酒店而去的！酒店裝修非常漂亮也很符合嘉佩樂的理念！美中不足的是服務並沒有實至名歸！首先checkin時給我的房型和我預訂不一樣，換房間也花了很多時間～其次，衣服送洗，第一次洗完歸還後，整個人驚呆了，跟沒洗的時候一樣！！這是嘉佩樂的服務嗎？？難以想象～第二次清洗終於乾淨了，也是照常收取費用！最後就是早餐，真的不好吃，請改進吧～

五一去台灣，入住了兩晚台北新開的嘉佩樂酒店，和大家分享一下入住感受。
酒店的硬件環境堪稱一流，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到嘉佩樂一貫的高端審美與品質標準。14層的接待大廳大氣又不失格調，其中的living room兼具check in和lounge功能，無論是辦理入住手續，還是會客、休憩都十分體面，氛圍感拉滿，細節之處盡顯奢華。早餐很棒，配得上奢華酒店的標準，終於在東京Park Hyatt 後看到有酒店早餐水果配藍莓草莓，直接加分，嘉佩樂早餐有含香檳，一大早就是香檳生蠔，我覺得有點暈～台灣當地特色早餐包括蛋餅牛肉麪粥都有，冰拿鐵意外好喝，台灣做飲料真的是絕！
然而，這次入住體驗在軟件服務方面卻不盡人意，可能是因為新開，客房服務響應速度極慢，急需物品時往往要等待許久，影響入住心情。因為政府規定，房內不配備任何一次性洗漱用品，雖然可以理解，但總有點拿政策搪塞服務的感覺，變成實際入住時需要個浴帽需要個牙膏都要一次次電話……服務響應又慢，這與嘉佩樂的高端定位有些不符。
最讓我不滿且擔憂的是游泳池的問題，酒店衹有一個室外游泳池在14樓，我先生在上午8:30去游完後回到房間身體嚴重不適，心跳飆升至160，一整天都沒緩過來。原因是泳池水温過高，已經超過人體正常體温37度，這不是在游泳是在泡温泉啦，可游泳池居然沒有救生員，存在極大的安全隱患。和老外經理溝通無果，衹會一個勁説：“謝謝你們的建議，給我們提供了寶貴的意見～我們的救生員8:30才開始上班。”難道不該游泳池開放的時候都必須有救生員才是嗎？
泳池旁也沒有顯示水温、水的酸鹼性以及當日水監測報告等關鍵訊息，客人無法瞭解泳池水質及水温情況，難以安心使用。
總的來説，台北嘉佩樂酒店硬件環境確實出色，但軟件服務的諸多問題影響了整體入住體驗。
