Total disaster for shower pressure.
Also no mineral water … cos they on sustainability drives… really BS

1. Water pressure is low
2. Shower heads not working well
3. Aircon too noisy
4. All plugs are not catered for international travellers
5. In name of sustainability they no longer provide mineral bottle water. But at least provide a container or tumbler that we can use to go down to level 2 to get some water … but this sustainability drive and not providing mineral water is really pure BS. You can still provide mineral water but using glass bottles instead of plastic bottles

Stay here many times as the office is located within walking distance. Overall comfortable and predictable, and this is great for business travel.
Not recommend for family trip as the amenities are limited and not the best location.

conveniently located in the Taipei city centre, within 5 mins from mrt, it is the first time that I go from Taoyuen airport to the hotel through railway train and mrt excellent experience

I didn't check in the hotel coz my flight from Taiwan to HK (CX495) was cancelled and rescheduled to 23th July (CX479) due to typhoon and the bad weather in Taiwan.. I cancelled to check in the hotel and asked for the refund. Btw, after submitted the refund request, I was being asked to provide the proof. However, after submitted the proof, my request was declined. If this was the refund policy that no refund could be made. Let me know the reason why I was being asked to provide the proof. Please explain
