City Hotel is a basic hotel located in the Zhongshan area of the city. Situated 5 mins from Nanjing Fuxing MRT it’s a convenient place to stay and not too far from the central areas of the city. There is also a very good hotpot restaurant close to the hotel which is good to try.

The location is good the room is clean the staff is very kind cheap place to stay near station access landmark in a minutes this hotel is not for sensitive/ richkid people if your looking for budget friendly hotel choose this thanks you city hotel.

The hotel location and check-in procedure was easy and comfortable but the light control panel was useless and confusing. The reception didn't cater to the wifi problem that we faced in our room and for two days the wifi wasn't working. The room cleaning staff was good. Overall the stay was mediocre and not on par of the price we paid for the room.

My parents thought that the hotel’s location was excellent. There were a variety of restaurants and stores near the hotel. It was not too far from the MRT as well. The tea provided in the room was good. It seems that the guest rooms have been updated as the room that they stayed in was better than the last time. The front desk staff members were very kind.

The worst thing was inadequate hot water supply for bathing.

Hotel was nice and clean and most importantly price is reasonable. Allowed check out at 12 instead of normal 11am.

Hotel was clean and the location was good as it was within 5 mins walk to the Nanjing Fuxing Metro stn and there were lots of food stalls and shops nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful

The old man was so rude when I arrived there. He was very impatient and even told me "I have the choice to accept your booking or not" which did not sound right to me. I would not recommend this hotel. When I arrived in my room, it was so small and the rooms next door and the room above me were so noisy! It was a nightmare! Please think twice if you decide to stay here or not.

The hotel itself is a little old, however, the price is quite reasonable in the central area. There are a lot of food options nearby and it is not that far away from the subway station. Overall, not a bad experience if you are looking for budget travel.

The location is convenient, but the room is a bit small. The service is quite good.

Services was good. If adding shower certain or door to seperate the restroom and room would be much better.

Nice room. The window can be opened. Able to see outside with limited view. English, hindi, and Chinese channel available on the TV. 24 hours receptionist.

Location wasn’t strategic, it is around 10 min walk from the metro station. Receptionist always not at the counter, have to wait for their appearance. No water dispenser available. After you place the card for electric, the lights for toilet will be opened, and u will have to walk all the way to the bed area to switch on other lights including the main room light. The double bed was 2 unit of single bed combined together, instead of 1 double bed. You can’t believe that there’s no rack for you to place shampoo/toiletries in the shower room. Shower head was half broken, splashing water everywhere. Overall bad, I won’t recommend.
