Excellent location, staff are friendly, hotel room is clean and quiet. Love the pool very much.

Chang An K Hotel is well-located and offers convenient access to various destinations, including the subway. There are also several convenience stores nearby, such as 7-Eleven and FamilyMart, making it easy for guests to pick up daily necessities. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room — the beds were super soft and cozy, and I slept really well!. The facilities were good and well-maintained — everything I needed was available and worked just fine. The breakfast was alright — a good selection and everything tasted fine.

I stayed here for two nights. The bus stop was close by, so I often used the bus to go to the night market and downtown. There was a Starbucks, a ********* hotpot restaurant, and Japanese chain restaurants (Komeda Coffee, CoCo Ichibanya, etc.) near the hotel, so I thought it was a convenient place for a long stay. I was worried about arriving because there were no reviews on Google Maps, but it was good.

It was a very pro-Japan and nice hotel. All the receptionists were kind, and we were given lots of amenities and snacks. The room was clean, and although toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet and must be thrown in the trash, this is quite common in Taiwan, and the hotel is cleaned every day, so it wasn't a problem. It was close to a subway station, and there were many famous pineapple cake shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was also nice that we could do our own laundry. There was detergent powder available. On the way back, we had an early morning flight, so we chartered a taxi to the airport for 1,100 TWD, which was cheaper than anywhere else. It was a great hotel with good value for money!

Nice and clean and efficient. No restaurant or food services available. Very quick to bring anything requested iron/ more water etc. Some strange features - large jacuzzi with lighting effects in the bathroom, condoms in the bathroom and parking garage with covered number plates. Would not recommend the spa.

The proprietress is welcoming and the environment is very clean. It is also quite good to enter the door with slippers like going home. There are a lot of food nearby, and there is a supermarket downstairs. It was great to change both room types. Convenient check-in: excellent 👍🏻

Excellent location. About 2 mins walk to songjiang Nanjing station exit 4. Hotel provided clear self check in instructions in both English and Chinese if your check in timing is late. Coffee machine at the common area. Hotel is located at level 6 of a building. Signage can be made clearer but that's a small issue. Look out for the hotel name signage when you reach the location based on the Google map. Staff members are friendly and checks in with you. The soundproofing of the room is not excellent but that did not affect my sleep. Overall a pleasant stay!

We stayed 4 nights, clean non-smoking room, comfortable beds, very good Japanese style breakfast. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and metro station.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the best things about it is the location—just a short walk from MRT, which made getting around extremely convenient.  The room itself was surprisingly large, especially compared to other hotels. There was plenty of space for luggage, and the layout was comfortable and functional. For the price, this hotel was an absolute bargain. It’s much cheaper than other nearby options, but it doesn’t compromise on comfort or cleanliness. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay with lots of space and great access to transportation, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, very clean and tidy. The reception is very warm and helpful, always greet us with smiles. We enjoyed the stay.
