My stay here was truly fantastic! The hotel's service was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel thoroughly looked after right from the moment I checked in. The front desk staff even proactively offered a complimentary room upgrade. The new room was spacious, bright, and well-appointed, with incredibly comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax instantly. Throughout my stay, every member of staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant team, consistently displayed genuine smiles and a thoughtful, caring attitude, which made me feel incredibly welcome and valued. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being just a few minutes' walk from Taiyuan South Railway Station. This stay completely exceeded my expectations, with the hotel's thoughtfulness and attention to detail evident in every aspect. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanxi!
