酒店在御都新天地13-14樓，樓下就是東方紅等十幾個服裝商場，步行幾分鐘就能逛遍批發市場，買貨超方便，周邊還有超市、影院，配套很全。
交通也很省心，離太原站步行十多分鐘就到，門口還有公交站，去哪都方便。房間衞生特別乾淨，品牌床墊睡起來很舒服，隔音效果不錯，完全不會被商圈的熱鬧打擾。前台服務熱情，主動給了周邊攻略，還能免費寄存行李，細節很貼心。
好評果然不虛，購物或出差住這都很合適！

一坐下馬桶就會噴水 ，整個屁股都弄濕 ，起來也會噴水 ，每層電梯則都設有空間放桌 和 椅子, 夜間房客就喝酒 打牌 聊天 高談闊論 嘲耳 👎👎

來太原跑馬拉松，想早上離起跑點五一廣場近些，所以選擇住這間酒店住了3晚。整體來說都算舒適，床也比其他維也納酒店睡起來舒服。兩點美中不足的地方：1, 酒店位於13-14樓但是只有一部非常慢跟老舊的電梯，錯過電梯就等再等個3分鐘吧；2, 房間空調是中央調解並不能自己調節, 跟酒店溝通有幫忙降溫, 但是始終無法根據自己需要的溫度隨時做調節。跑馬拉松住這家酒店，不失為一個好的選擇。

在這家酒店的房間住了兩天，第一天住進去的時候洗澡時發現酒店浴巾都沒換，又濕又臟，給前台打電話就給拿了兩條浴巾上來，説是拿給領導看，給我回復，結果第二天就和什麼都沒發生過一樣，無人問津，床上枕套也是破的，淋浴間的玻璃上都發黴了也沒人打掃，淋浴間的遮擋布也是臟的，想説一下這個酒店的細節衞生真實堪憂，服務也很差，住了兩天也沒人過問浴巾的事，就和沒發生過一樣，枕套都破洞了還在用，這體驗真的是差差差，服務和衞生衹能用三個字來評價，差！差！差！再也不會去，以上問題下圖為證

這個是最不像維也納酒店風格的維也納了 一個很小的由貨梯改的電梯坐到13樓的大廳 停車場又是要走外面走一段路的破破停車場，一言難盡

洗臉盆下水漏水。小環境還好。服務還好的。提出問題能虛心接受並且有反饋。交通方便，特別是出入太原火車站的住客，是很好的選擇。
