地板很多灰，服務非常不咋地，管理也有問題，中午辦的入住，晚上一直有人在外面刷房卡，還好我把房門鎖上了，打電話給前台還説沒有我的入住訊息，讓我換房，後面又説是系統原因，房卡給重了，這種低級錯誤讓人體驗感非常差

這是家正規的如家酒店，酒店院內有自己的免費停車場，對自駕遊的旅客非常方便。前台服務員待客熱情，有問必答，因為我們的出行計劃有變，本來在攜程網上預訂住2晚，想修改住1晚，服務員不厭其煩的幫助我找攜程網進行了修改，而且還向我介紹了古城內的美食餐館，酒店距離太原古城不遠，打車6元左右，在古城內果然找到了這家當地有名的餐館，吃上了一頓美餐！另外，酒店的設備齊全，非常整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水供應充足，讓我們長途旅行的疲憊得到了緩解！非常滿意！
