A clean hotel but did not meet standard of Hilton. Hotel frequently doesn’t have hot water and on the last night water was stopped from midnight to 6:30am for maintenance. There are two elevators one stopped working in middle of stay and they blocked it via a dustbin. Breakfast was so so

It was my first time to visit Taiyuan, and then I booked our hotel. The guy at the front desk upgraded our room for free. The room was very good, with big floor-to-ceiling windows.
