The front desk staff was not very professional: after I asked about free parking, no one told me that I needed to record the license plate and that I could call to inform them of my departure before checking out. The elevator shaft in the underground parking lot has hardly been repaired. Not only does it smell pungent, but you can also see that many places are unfinished. The full-length mirror in the room was gray, and there were hairs in the corners of the bathroom. In addition, the hygiene of bath towels is the most important issue for me when staying in a hotel. Generally speaking, I bring my own. This time, I forgot to bring my own because I was on a business trip. I thought that the hotel I stayed in was a five-star hotel, which is considered a good hotel in Taiyuan, and it was newly opened, so the bath towels should be acceptable. I really never expected that when I woke up in the morning and wanted to take a shower and go out immediately, I ended up losing hair halfway through wiping myself. My whole body was covered with tiny white fibers, and my hands were covered with hair, which forced me to take another shower. I'm not exaggerating, I was so embarrassed that I got goosebumps all over my body. It’s really infuriating! I've never had the problem of bath towels shedding when staying in a hotel, but this is simply outrageous for a star hotel. I've been buying bath towels for so many years, but I didn't experience any lint when I used them for the first time. How bad can the quality of this bath towel be... I was in a hurry when I checked out, so I told the front desk about this problem. They said they would report it, but it's been almost a week, and I still haven't received any feedback. Isn't this the service attitude that a star hotel should have? I felt that the conditions were pretty good when I checked in the night before, and I could stay another night, but the next morning I just wanted to run away immediately. It's too much! ! !

The toilet is still old-fashioned. The shower head is glued. If you order more than two bottles of mineral water, you will be charged. This isn't quite five star.
