I can honestly say it is the best hotel I ever visited. New, clean, well equipped (dyson fan, air purifier, excellent umbrella etc long list). Perfect for every activity and first of all for business. Highly recommended.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and I had a very pleasant stay there. The room I had was tastefully decorated, luxurious and super comfortable. The amenities were all top rated: I was particularly happy to have a Dyson hairdryer in the room! But what made my stay there so enjoyable was the 6-star service offered by the Hotel’s manager Darcy and her team. They were super professional, friendly and attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure that the set up in my room met my requirements and that I had a great time in Taiyuan.  The breakfast spread was sumptuous and the food was delicious.

設施：文旅酒店設施確實很不錯，很有特色，裝修風格很符合當地文化，房間設施都是一流戴森吹風機等。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，很亮堂。
服務：小武服務更是貼心，訂房後第一時間聯繫客人到店時間。其他服務都很及時回覆溝通，有求必應。住的很舒服。

房間很好呀，早餐也超級豐富，連吃五天，每天都有換新，客服經理小范服務周到熱情，演唱會有接駁車，雖然沒坐，但是在場館外看到酒店的舉牌了，最最顯眼了哈哈哈 看着就很放心哈哈，泳池每天到10點半，小朋友每天都要去遊一會兒，爸媽對酒店的床品也很滿意，性價比超級高的一家酒店

酒店環境很好，從進入大堂開始，就能深切的體會到店家的細緻和用心。無論是牆上的古代地圖，精緻的琉璃裝飾，巨大算盤珠的背景牆，還是百寶格里精緻的如意造型的算盤，都將濃厚的晉商文化傳統和精緻高級的現代裝飾手法完美的融合在一起。客房內部設施完備，小度語音智能操控。膠囊咖啡機和龍井茶包、普洱茶包很好的滿足了我這個不喝飲料的人對飲品的需求。衞浴和床品都是超五星級標準，鵝絨被和鵝絨枕輕軟舒適，床墊軟硬適中，能很好的緩解疲勞。浴缸配備浴鹽和搓澡巾，毛巾很厚很柔軟，花灑水量很足，全自動坐便器配備齊全。服務也很周到，入住前一天，客服主任小武就提前聯繫，詢問對客房的喜好和要求，入住期間更是熱情提供各項幫助，非常感謝。總之，這是一次很好的住宿體驗，希望貴店未來福澤綿長，既隆且昌。
