訂的帶早餐酒店，卻沒有早餐，早上去吃飯才發現餐廳關門，打電話告知餐廳放假，且服務不好。我花錢就是為了吃個早餐，沒有提前告知，也沒有不帶早餐的房型，收取帶早餐的酒店房費，卻不提供早餐
華住會告知酒店已停業，但是我住了好幾天，酒店私自開業有問題

看到評價還不錯就來了，確實跟大家誇的沒有出入，希望店家繼續保持噢服務生都非常專業，動作利落乾脆，客户體驗感特別棒👍吃的非常滿足，食材都很新鮮，可以放心大膽地吃，招牌菜都很推薦！非常喜歡這家店的懷舊氛圍，喜歡懷舊掛的可以沖沖沖了離地鐵站很近，而且店裡環境非常合我的口味，迅速趕來給個💯分！地理位置非常棒，門口就是地鐵站，交通非常方便，沖這一點給五星好評

非常差勁。我住過最差的一家酒店。
1、前台人員又呆又愣，反應極慢，不知道咋找的人，普通話也不標準。整理環境上又雜又亂，一堆亂七八糟的破酒店混在一起。寫字樓裏魚龍混雜，電梯也破到不行，上電梯也不用刷卡，哐當哐當的一路提心吊膽。
2、房間設施陳舊，用的是最便宜最劣質的裝修材料，桌面都起皮了。白熾燈是圖省錢嗎？光線慘白，配合旅客下亭漂泊心情瞬間跌到谷底。一進到房間我就傻了，窗簾也又臟又舊，完全脱離星程的標準，比我在秦皇島住的差遠了，北京的也很差，但沒有這麼差而且畢竟京城居大不易。太原好歹是個省會，爛成這樣也是沒誰了。想省錢住這家店的還不如選更便宜的酒店，反正水平沒差，何苦花這兩百塊。
3、提供的水也是最便宜的冰露，毛巾也脱毛了，完全不敢用，馬桶也不敢上，牙刷扎嘴，早餐非常一般，西蘭花帶着巨大的梗，油條也是凍貨很硬，種類也很少，温吞不熱的，桌子也沒幾張。
最後，自此之後，我不會再入住任何星程酒店，完全拉黑這個品牌。標榜中不溜秋的水平實則和一般的散裝牌子沒兩樣，甚至比之更差勁。華住會也就全季和桔子勉強，其他的真不咋地。

大床房空間寬敞，設施齊全，衞生條件好，而且打掃及時，酒店備品也更新迅速。酒店位置很好找，離南站很近，方便入住。

房間一般，浴巾太差，浴巾毛巾既破舊又不乾淨，體驗較差，跟之前住過的星程酒店差距太大了，不會再住第二次了
