非常差勁。我住過最差的一家酒店。
1、前台人員又呆又愣，反應極慢，不知道咋找的人，普通話也不標準。整理環境上又雜又亂，一堆亂七八糟的破酒店混在一起。寫字樓裏魚龍混雜，電梯也破到不行，上電梯也不用刷卡，哐當哐當的一路提心吊膽。
2、房間設施陳舊，用的是最便宜最劣質的裝修材料，桌面都起皮了。白熾燈是圖省錢嗎？光線慘白，配合旅客下亭漂泊心情瞬間跌到谷底。一進到房間我就傻了，窗簾也又臟又舊，完全脱離星程的標準，比我在秦皇島住的差遠了，北京的也很差，但沒有這麼差而且畢竟京城居大不易。太原好歹是個省會，爛成這樣也是沒誰了。想省錢住這家店的還不如選更便宜的酒店，反正水平沒差，何苦花這兩百塊。
3、提供的水也是最便宜的冰露，毛巾也脱毛了，完全不敢用，馬桶也不敢上，牙刷扎嘴，早餐非常一般，西蘭花帶着巨大的梗，油條也是凍貨很硬，種類也很少，温吞不熱的，桌子也沒幾張。
最後，自此之後，我不會再入住任何星程酒店，完全拉黑這個品牌。標榜中不溜秋的水平實則和一般的散裝牌子沒兩樣，甚至比之更差勁。華住會也就全季和桔子勉強，其他的真不咋地。

大床房空間寬敞，設施齊全，衞生條件好，而且打掃及時，酒店備品也更新迅速。酒店位置很好找，離南站很近，方便入住。

一進門就感覺很熱情，她們和我問好的時候，如沐春風，我都感覺我的愛情又來了。房間也很乾凈，住着很舒服，心曠神怡。早餐呢，特別好吃，尤其是那個葷菜，超好吃。整體點個贊！以後出差到這附近，我還去這家酒店！

酒店還算乾淨，廁所也乾淨。給我升級了帶窗户的房間。酒店服務也挺好，還送個蒸汽眼罩。因為臨近過年，廚房沒有人，送了便捷攜帶的早餐。
