五一帶孩子出來玩，想着性價比挺高就定了星河灣。真是不敢恭維，作為酒店，最基本的房間衞生都不能保證，不知道哪波兒客人留下的蓋子，床單上都是毛，床頭全是頭髮，真離譜。特別是熱水壺，敢問真的是給人用的麼？燙腳我都不敢用它燒水。這都衹是能看見的衞生問題，看不見的呢，真不敢想。問前台借下打火機也是沒個笑臉兒，冷冰冰的告我倆字“沒有”，一嘴煙味告我沒有？我借，不是要。五一確實旅客很多，可能也忙，但這絕對不是服務行業人員該有的對客態度。其他都還好，周邊環境也不錯，晚上溜達溜達挺舒服。早餐品種也挺多的，就是人太多了～服務員態度可比前台好多了。這品牌以後我是儘量避開了……酒店逼格挺高，這衞生也真是不錯👍👍👍！
