來太原出差入住如家五龍口店，首先是前台服務員都很貼心，見面都會問好，非常有禮貌，進出每次都感覺到温暖，大堂有免費的檸檬水、户外炎熱，休息時喝一杯很愜意，入住時拿的行李多，保安大叔還幫忙拎到屋子裡，貼心的告訴空調和電視怎麼用，也幫忙連了無線網，實在是服務到位，入住期間下來自助洗衣房清洗衣物，不想下來烘乾，拜託了前台服務生，，再下來拿時已經疊放整齊，退房時前台小姑娘給了伴手禮，小零食，正好在高鐵上充饑，店雖然不大、確實感受到賓至如歸的幸福，前台服務員很暖心，令人印象深刻。希望他們能一直保持這種貼心的服務。

來太原旅遊幾天，都住的如家酒店，服務特別好，很照顧我們老兩口，衞生很乾凈，房間也清新淡雅，讓人很舒心，這裏去雙塔公園，柳巷等熱門景點很近啊，方便出行，如果不知道路線詢問前台就行，他們都是本地人，對好玩的地方熟悉，環境設施點贊。

酒店位置十分便利，距離太原火車站和東客站都很近，周邊還有多彩城，很適合逛街，出來玩得，主打的就是有一個便利，酒店安全做的也很到位，梯控嚴格，夜間保安按時巡視，見面還親切問好，真的是一次非常舒心的住宿體驗，有機會來太原還入住這家酒店

帶着孩子有事需要住一晚，所以選擇了安全性很高的如家，到了酒店都晚上十點了，前台小姐姐很親切的讓我選擇床大的還是有窗的，真的很貼心，又因為第二天有事會晚退房，前台也很熱情的幫我備註時間，真的外出有回家的感覺，温暖的嘞，酒店衞生就不用多説，真的是很乾凈，地板都反光，🙊，洗手液洗髮水都香香的，真的很不錯的一個選擇，樓下小吃便利店都有，下次如果有需求，我會繼續選擇如家！

房間乾淨舒適 住了一天感覺很不錯大廳環境好，有梔子花茶，很貼心了，大廳温度適宜，有家的感覺，交通葉也很便利，出差好去處啊，廚師的飯菜深得我心，值得入住，不負此行。

之前定了別的酒店，但是兩天睡的都不好，床和枕頭都不舒服，於是最後一天換了如家neo。酒店服務態度很好、房間打掃的很乾凈、入住非常舒適便捷，尤其是床品和枕頭都很舒服，晚上睡的太好了！這一點真的超級滿意！
