前台服務真的很糟糕，明明買了11點入住的服務，到酒店都1點過了，前台還給我説房間沒打掃出來。主要前台還一副理所當然的態度，説沒房間沒辦法。還好是經理聽到了，出來給我們換房型辦了入住。如果經理沒處理，前台就準備給我們晾着。
第二天出來跑步，想跟前台要瓶水，前台小夥子跟我説沒有了，結果跑完回來他們交班，那小夥子自己拎了瓶礦泉水就出來了，我也不想説啥……
第二天的早餐券沒有給我們，找前台要，我話都説完了，來了另一個客人，伸手直接遞了張房卡給前台姑娘，她直接就給後來的人處理退房去了，直接給我晾在那兒，連一句“不好意思稍等一下”都沒有，就直接不搭理人了……
真的，這個前台服務水準就跟沒培訓過一樣。實話説，客房阿姨和食堂都熱情多了，看了客人還笑着打招呼。
再説硬件，我們那個電卡是有問題的，不停的閃停電，幾分鐘一次，雖然幾秒鐘會自動恢復，但是每次閃停，機頂盒就會退出重新聯網，好幾分鐘連好了，然後又閃停。給前台説，喊了個工程師傅看了下，説可能是取電盒出問題了，衹能多試試，就沒有然後了，整得最後一天乾脆就電視也沒開，不停的閃也就習慣了……我不計較，但是前台一點歉意都沒有，挺服的。
