五一期間預訂了漢庭酒店（太原東中環山大三院店），整體體驗比較複雜，想客觀説説感受。
首先是價格方面，平常不到二百的房價在五一直接翻倍，雖説節假日漲價能理解，但漲幅確實有點高，性價比顯得不太友好。
房間空間不大，對於家庭出行或攜帶大件行李的客人來説，活動稍顯侷促。衞生方面衹能説一般，入住時發現桌面有污漬，房間隔音不好，過道有人説話聽的一清二楚，衞生間一開拍風就滿是煙味（應該是管道連通，其他房間有抽煙的）床的布草上也有少許頭髮，太晚了 就沒讓酒店再清理，雖然不影響基本使用，但細節上確實有待提升。
酒店雖然提供停車位，對自駕遊客比較友好。但停車場系統不太智能，進場和出場時車牌識別經常出問題，需要人工協助處理，停車停在了車位裏，第二天早晨起來發現過道都塞滿了車，堵塞消防通道不説，聯繫前台説他們走不開云云、還得聯繫其他客人想辦法，最後前台還是給聯繫車主依次挪車，等挪車耽誤了不少時間，幸好趕上了航班，希望能儘快升級設備。
服務方面，前台工作人員態度還算熱情，但辦理入住時效率不高，電子身份證説是沒見過，退房需要賬單，賬單金額也令人費解。整體來説，酒店地理位置還算便利，但硬件和服務細節如果能優化，體驗會更好。適合對價格敏感度不高、衹需要基礎住宿的旅客，追求高性價比或高品質的話可能需要再考量。

必須誇一誇！漢庭的前台小姐姐態度超好，辦入住的時候一直笑眯眯的，很有耐心。沒想到最後還送了我一個小禮物，竟然是毛主席像章，真是個大驚喜！本來出差挺累的，瞬間被暖到了。
房間很乾凈，位置很好找，也安靜，推薦住！
