Facilities: My friends told me this is one of the more upscale hotels in the area. The smart room features throughout are quite impressive, and food deliveries are brought directly to the room by a robot. Service: The service was exceptionally attentive. On the first day, we needed an extra bed, and the housekeeping manager went above and beyond, checking various room sizes to find the best arrangement. We stayed for four nights. One day, I washed clothes and left them hanging in the bathroom to drip dry. When we returned, the housekeeper had thoughtfully left a note and moved them out to dry properly – such attention to detail! Later in our stay, we were driving a local friend's car and returned very late one night. The parking attendant, even past 1 AM, patiently helped open the garage door without any sign of impatience. Environment: The hotel breakfast was quite good, especially the knife-cut noodles (Dao Xiao Mian), which were particularly delicious! 😋

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was made exceptionally warm and welcoming by Evan at the front desk, and I must commend him! Evan's professionalism was truly impressive. Check-in was quick and efficient, completed in just a few minutes. He proactively and meticulously explained the hotel's facilities, breakfast hours, and Wi-Fi connectivity, patiently answering every question I had. Later, when I inquired about nearby restaurants and transportation, he not only provided detailed suggestions but also thoughtfully highlighted key information and even proactively coordinated luggage storage. Throughout the entire process, he was all smiles and incredibly attentive. It was Evan's proactive and detail-oriented service that made me feel right at home in this unfamiliar city, making my stay exceptionally pleasant. The Hilton Garden Inn truly has a rare find with such outstanding staff; I highly recommend him!

The room facilities are updated rapidly, and there are filtered showers, ensuring that guests can enjoy the latest and most comfortable washing experience. The overall design of the room is full of artistic atmosphere, and every detail makes people feel the shock and enjoyment of beauty.

The location is very good, just in the center of the scenic spot, it is very convenient to go anywhere around. The hotel is very exquisite and elegant. The floor and walls of the bathroom are very textured with oversized tiles. The bedding is also very comfortable. The room gives 4 bottles of water. The breakfast is rich and clean. Very satisfied, next time I have the opportunity to come to Taiyuan and live here.

Booked an audio-visual bed room, although the room is not very big, but the facilities are perfect, the bathroom is dry and wet, the audio-visual is also very intimate, Tencent SVIP movie chasing drama is convenient and fast, the whole house is smart, and the small service is very intimate. If there is any suggestion, it is that there are too few sockets close to the mirror, and it is not very convenient to blow the hair. Afternoon tea, although there is no time to enjoy a bowl of noodles late at night, the hotel is really intimate and the overall price is very high.

I was born in 1969, in the residential compound of the Taiyuan Aviation Instrument Factory in Taiyuan. It was at the end of that year that my parents were transferred for work, and we left Taiyuan. This trip to the city feels like a glimpse into my roots. 😀 Before leaving, I spent a lot of time researching hotels in Taiyuan on Ctrip and finally chose the Home Inn. The hotel is located near Liuxiang Bell Tower Street. Downstairs, there's plenty of shopping and dining options, but upstairs, it's very quiet. Newly renovated, with new amenities, it's clean and tidy. The smart features throughout the hotel are user-friendly. The friendly and polite staff at the front desk on the first floor were especially nice. I drove there and could park directly in the Home Inn underground parking lot across the street. It's very close, making it very convenient for self-driving. After staying there for one night, my partner and I fell in love with the pillows in the room. They were so soft and comfortable that we bought two at the front desk when we checked out and took them home. It was a pleasant surprise. 😀

We took our kids out for a stroll and a meal during the National Day holiday. Bo Ran's service was a win. The front desk and guest rooms were incredibly warm! A special shoutout to the front desk lady who was on duty around 9 PM on October 3rd. She was so sweet ❤️ and promptly resolved my issue. 🫰🏻 Love you! The breakfast was also very varied. I highly recommend their knife-cut noodles; they were fantastic! 👍🏻 The fried dough sticks paired with the knife-cut noodles were still lingering on my palate when I got home! 🤓 Overall, the warm and attentive service made our stay a comfortable one for the three of us! If I had to point out a downside, it's the busy location, which can be a bit lively at night. 😂😂

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean, spacious and had a spectacular view from the 9th floor. Reception was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was not bad, although it ends relatively early at 0930H. I would consider staying here again.

The room hardware can reach five stars. The facilities in the room and lobby are very new and the design is modern and simple. The sanitation is very good, and the cleaning on the day of check-in and in between is very good. The breakfast is not five-star and lacks richness, especially for children, there is not enough to eat. The buffet restaurant is not open before the 15th day of the first ***** month, and there are no good restaurants around the hotel, so the dining aspect is a bit lacking. However, the dishes served in the Chinese restaurant are up to the standards of a luxury hotel and taste very good. The room TV cannot be connected to the screen. The water temperature and pressure in the bathroom are very stable, which is great for a hotel located on a 15-story building. The toilet room is completely independent and not separated by glass. There is a sink outside the shower room and also in the toilet room, making it very convenient for families to stay in.

Great location and they were all super nice. However the room was super hot and there is no AC. When we asked they brought up a portable unit but it wasn’t nearly enough to keep the room comfortable. If it’s winter it could be a great spot but definitely look elsewhere in the late spring and summer.
