Akagawa Onsen Spaju
"The large grass in front of the door feels very freehand and comfortable."
Kuju Kogen Cottage
"The food was delicious, the equipment was a bit old, but overall it was great value for money and highly recommended."
Taketa Ekimae Hostel Cue
"We had a wonderful stay at the hostel. The host gave us great tips on hiking in the area and was super friendly all the time. The house is really pretty. We enjoyed our stay so much, we spontaneously decided to stay one night longer. We highly recommend staying here."
Resonate Club Kuju
"I accidentally found a hot spring hotel on Google maps. It is suitable for self-driving tours and has a large parking lot. There were different elderly tour groups and local elderly tourists staying that night, and the facilities and facilities were relatively old-school and calm. Although there are many tourists, the sound insulation of the room is very good, so you don't have to worry about the noise. The hotel is very suitable for travelers who like a quiet environment. Due to the remote location of the hotel, the room we selected faces the mountain view. We can see the very vast Miscanthus grassland from the room, and There is no obstruction on the horizon, so you can see the vast sky. Due to the remote environment, the environment is dark at night, far away from light pollution. If the weather is not cloudy, you can see the stunning starry sky, which is very healing. You might as well put down your mobile phone and turn off all the lights in the room and watch it on the terrace. The second surprise is that there are coffee beans and a grinder in the room, allowing me to drink DIY instant coffee in the morning. Coupled with the sunny outdoor scene in the morning, it is full of ritual feeling. If you don’t like drinking coffee, you might as well go to a nearby ranch to buy fresh milk during daylight hours. There is a refrigerator in the room for storage. The Western food for dinner is cooked with fresh local ingredients and is very delicious The hot spring in the hotel is relatively wide, the indoor pool can accommodate many people, and there is an outdoor hot spring. However, the hot spring faucet facilities have many water stains and appear to be older. My girlfriend and I are very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and services. He brought us many surprises and we look forward to staying there again next time. "
Hotel Tsuchiya
"They were very helpful in accommodating my late check-in."
Taketa Station Hostel Cue
"a very kind owner couple. thank you for your help."
Itchiku
"Not bad in terms of location, close to a few attractions, I would say it's a bit pricey compared to other hotels in Japan with similar facilities and standards."
Kujukogen Ginga No Yado Kinoko IIseigo
"I originally booked this hotel for the convenience of going to Mount Aso, but I didn't realize that the volcano had been closed for some time. This hotel is located in a far outskirts, but the facilities are very good and the environment is beautiful. When we arrived, the owner was very enthusiastic and explained. We didn't understand Japanese, so he translated to us on the phone. The hot spring is in another room, and there were not many guests that night. Our family could enjoy one hot spring room, and everyone was very satisfied. The room is large, with one bed per person and complete facilities. The breakfast the next day was Western-style and very rich. The bakery owner who couldn't finish it packed it for us and took it away. No food was wasted. Very good service. There is also an astronomical telescope on the grassland. Unfortunately, it was very cloudy that night, so there was no chance to see the stars. No wonder the hotel has "Galaxy" as its name. I think you can see the Milky Way in the sky when the weather is good. I hope to have the opportunity to come back next time. Fortunately, Mount Aso suddenly opened again after checking out, and we actually saw the volcano!"
Yamanoyu Kazuyo
"I stayed here for the hot springs. While most Nagayu hot springs seem to have their own source, Yamanoyu Kazuyo's landlady told me that it's probably the hottest source temperature in the Nagayu hot springs. The water is gray-green and cloudy, made of magnesium-sodium bicarbonate. The two indoor baths are a little hotter, at around 44 and 42 degrees Celsius, so you can't soak for long periods of time. The hot spring water flows from the rocks in front of the door to the open-air bath, and it was a scorching 48 degrees. The open-air bath was lukewarm, at around 36 and 37 degrees Celsius, so I was able to relax and enjoy a long soak. I soaked in the hot springs in the evening, night, and morning. I heard that the magnificent rocks in the indoor bath were brought from Bungo-Ono. The rocks and floors were beautifully shaped by hot spring deposits. The landlady was friendly, the hot springs were great, and the rooms were clean, so I was very satisfied with my stay."

Shukubo Kawaseminoshou - the Kingfisher Resort -
"Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying with the chef's heartfelt dishes. This is a hotel that I wanted to visit again after a long time."
Marucho Ryokan
"The room facilities are so-so, the hygiene is okay, the price/performance ratio is too low, I don't recommend it. In fact, the surrounding environment is quite good, so it is the right choice to come for a day trip. It is recommended to stay at Daimaru next door. It is worth taking a dip in the dog-headed carbonated hot spring."
Bansyou No Yu
"The meal is about reducing the number of luxury inns in the same series. The hot springs are great. Considering the cost, it is a good inn. I'm repeating."
