A business trip related to Busch Gardens Tampa. The service was a mess, the employees were unfriendly and didn't respond properly. Not all employees were like that, but this was the first time I saw a hotelier who just stared blankly as I entered the entrance with two trunks in tow. There are too many parking spaces, so I don't understand why they charge a fee.

Good hotel close to Bushgarden. They drove us to Bushgarden and picked us up again. American breakfast was ok. What bothered us is that all the dishes were made of plastic.

The staff was super friendly, all of them. The breakfast was by far better then their competition. Rooms were clean and nice.. great overall experience, we can't even think of a negative. All positive!

I like the property and how it is not right near the road. It is not very far from the parks and other attractions. If you have a child or family member going to school in the area, it would be a nice option.

We needed a room that would provide some privacy and extra space for our son to stay in the same room with us. We had medical appointments at Moffitt Cancer Center about 5 minutes away. There is a wall across half of the room separating the king size bed and the sleeper sofa that worked out well. This hotel was great. Nice people and comfy beds. Typical free breakfast. Because it is so close to Busch Gardens it has heavy use and shows some wear. Nothing serious just not the renovated look. We will definitely return.

Our room absolutely stunk from the time we got there till the time we left. It’s smelt like something died in there. On the website it says bar and restaurant. There was so no bar and restaurant. We got to the hotel from a long day of traveling around 9:30 and everything was closed. We walked over to the restaurant across the parking lot and holy cow don't even get me started on them. They were beyond rude and their kitchen was closed. We went to bed starving that night.

The room that we rented wasn't just like the one that one advertised. The one that was advertised had a bathroom where the toilet was separate from the shower.

It is such an outdated hotel - the rooms are fine but the entire common area, including the hallways, doors to the room, cafeteria, etc, are all so worn out and old, and all need to be updated to look more clean and accommodating. Being in the common area felt like being in a motel 6 off a highway somewhere, a middle of nowhere.

Great stay at this hotel. Great customer service from the front desk, breakfast spread was very good. Hotel is close to USF and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.
