非常好的酒店，免費停車，有兩部電梯運行。早餐品種豐富，還有水果，大廳有免費冷食和小吃，這是不多見的。服務熱情周到，我退房後，保潔阿姨發現我的手機充電線忘了拿，前台馬上電話與我聯繫，並通過順豐快遞給我，真是太感謝了！

超級不滿意，安排住801，旁邊802就是結婚婚房，大晚上就開始吵的不行，忍了！
一早6:00又開始吵，拍門大吵大鬧大聲叫嚷，非常打擾別人休息，現在整個頭都是懵懵的！
結婚能理解，但是明明知道是婚房為什麼把我們兩個毫不相干的客人安排在旁邊？而且就隔壁！酒店沒多餘的屋子了？他們一家人住了一大片，就我們兩個散客毫不相干安排在一起合適嗎？
給酒店反應，迴應就是往後推遲2小時退房？
