衞生：很乾凈，每天打掃換毛巾等。
環境：市中心，到哪裡都方便，吃逛都近。
服務：挺好，大廳可以免費品茶（有人專門為你泡），還有蜂蜜、核桃和橘子。人都很熱情很友好。
設施：最喜歡“小度”智能音箱，可以播放很多故事和兒歌，小朋友們的最愛（被種草了）。它還可以控制電視，燈，窗簾（但也只是開和關）

經朋友推薦入住騰沖櫻花小築，這家店是今年新裝修的，房間寬敞明亮，非常潔凈，看着就心情愉快，寢具舒適，全屋智能化操作，尤其燈光設定非常人性化，淋浴水非常大，洗浴用品高級，早餐有現做的米線、麪條和餌絲，可口美味，茶也好喝。老闆親自接機，離店後還主動把我們送到指定地點，老闆娘和店員們也都非常熱情，我們有賓至如歸的感覺。強烈推薦！

非常幸運能夠入住櫻花小築，地理位置優越，去到各景點基本都有公交線路搭乘方便。周邊餐館隨便一家都好吃，主要街道上超市按摩店一應俱全。酒店環境乾淨舒適，晚間安靜，最喜歡房間的落地窗明亮大氣，房間都朝南，非常適合各類型人士的需求。7樓的餐廳風景也很好，免費早餐米線讓人印象深刻。如有需求，前台小姐姐也會幫忙安排行程服務，五星好評！已經安利給了周邊朋友，有機會會下次再光顧！

出行最温馨的一次住宿體驗！房間寬敞很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離。重點要説的是前台美女服務非常熱情，一邊辦理入住手續，一邊送上一杯熱騰騰的古樹紅茶。和前台幫我把衣服洗好烘乾交給我。就沖這份賓至如歸的服務和熱情，下次來騰沖一定還住這家酒店！

無意中訂的酒店，滿滿的意外驚喜。老闆娘、幫忙接機的老闆娘女兒、前台美眉熱情有加又讓人感覺很舒服；酒店似乎新裝修不久，房間很乾凈，小度智能管家稱職，自助早餐可口，現煮的餌絲，稀飯豆漿酸奶玉米紅薯油條齊備。不沿街很安靜，昨晚打車去步行街也才幾分鐘。家人挺滿意的，下一次來騰沖休閑度假再繼續選擇這家酒店。

首先酒店的地理位置非常好，離財富中心廣場的地方只有大概10min的時間。酒店也提供了非常好的服務，讓我在出行方面非常便捷。酒店周邊也有很多具有特色的餐廳，感受城市氣息非常的棒。致電到賓客服務中心時工作人員都非常的有耐心，講解當地好玩的、好吃的，這次騰沖之旅非常愉快，有機會還是會選擇櫻花小築酒店。

來騰沖住了兩晚，剛徒步了高黎貢山，淋的一身濕，第二天安排了外出，7樓有洗衣機、烘乾機，外出前交代前台幫收衣服，回到酒店衣服都疊的整整齊齊的，還有貼心的紙條，被暖到了
