Fabulous hotel. We were the only ones there! Had the whole pool etc so to ourselves for 2 days. Very, very quiet. Charming staff, beautiful place to stay in Tequila. Right in old town. Highly recommended.

My room was quite a bit smaller than at my last stay, even though the hotel was almost empty. I was billed for Nespresso pods, even though i had multi-day stay. They told me at the front desk that you get 2 pods no matter how long you stay. If you stay a month, you get 2 pods for the entire month. Overall, the hotel offers less and less value every year. I will reconsider on my next visit.

The property was very nice, walking distance to the main town plaza and restaurants. The room was very clean and room service was fast and courteous. The room could have used a comfortable chair for sitting and reading. The only chair in the room was a desk chair. Although pricey I would recommend this hotel to all.

One of our favorite hotels. Rooms a d property grounds are beautiful and very clean. The dining options are amazing and the staff is wonderful. We stay here whenever we go to Jalisco. Everything is top notch.

King Room. There were no chairs to sit in where you could just relax and read or have your coffee. Just a desk and chair which are pretty much a waste of space. You get 2 pods of coffee included - no matter your length of stay. You should at least have a free cup each day for the price we paid. I find these types of extra charges take away from the overall experience! Otherwise the rooms are lovely - beds are comfortable. Bathroom was big and had very nice towels Loved the bath products!

The entire staff was very nice and accomodating. We enjoyed the turn down service and it was nice any towels used during the day were replaced with fresh at this time.
The only thing we did not like was the Nespresso coffee machine. You are only allowed 2 complimentary pods per stay, no matter the length of stay. We prefer regular coffee and did call down each day for 2 cups to be delivered.

It’s in a perfect location. Gorgeous! Staff is friendly and the restaurant is delightful. The hotel is a work of art. Just beautiful.
