Staff was very helpful and hospitable. Room was clean, however the cutlery and utensils were in a very bad state (cracked with dirt). Consider replacing them. Cupboards were old and creaking. Unfortunately, they also do not accept international cards for payment which was not communicated beforehand.

I encountered challenges in communication during my stay.There were instances where the language used by the Front office ***ager Anju, seemed Inappropriate. Lack of politeness nor customer centric approach created a negative atmosphere. The refusal from front office in providing information regarding compliance and grievances too seemed unprofessional. Complete failure of lack of ***agemental system. Please do provide additional training would benefit both the Institute and Customers

the mid night nose from upper floor was very annoying.lack of covered parking was another draw back.Stay was comfortabl staff was very polite . Good location. Booking was done over a call. Lot of aminities available otherwise for sports

Totally satisfied experience! stay, amenities & parking facilities commendable indeed! The complementory breakfast was also delicious with full of options for food as well as bevarages. I will definitely recommend.

I think the best shower I have experienced is here. Looks like a corporate hotel rather than a leisure property. Nice food for both dinner & breakfast. Can do crispy dosas as well on request. They have recreation, gymnasium & swimming, which is great. Overall it was nice, no complaints. Thanks!

All comfort stay . Need to keep neat and stain free tea cup. Rest all good. The rooms are good. Nice stay. After tied work.. good to be in the room. More spacious living room. .......................Will do recommend to all.
