In the old town, close to the pier and seaside avenue, convenient for travel. Old building, well maintained. It was stated that there are windows, but the windows in the rooms facing the inside cannot be opened. I wanted to be quiet, so I didn't change rooms.

Good location, comfortable bed, room quite spacious with good furniture. As well as the renovated and large bathroom with all the essentials. There is a room for improvement of breakfast though. Room services quite satisfactory. So is the reception with very kind employees.

This was a very charming old hotel in a section of Thessaloniki with lots of cafes and people out and about at night. It was also close to the waterfront. The area was safe but it might be noisy at night depending on the room location - my room was very quiet. The room was well appointed and pleasant, with wood floors clean enough to eat from. Service was excellent ans the restaurant was very good. Highly recommended.

The room smelled from cigarettes !!!! Really unpleasant !!! The room was very small.! The complimantry coffee packets were empty inside, meaning, some guest before us drank coffee and left the empty packet in the box. The hotel did not clean and changes for new packets. Our window was overlooking a yard, so anyone who sits in the yard, can look right at us, inside the room !!

What a brilliant hotel!! Originally built as the city's Post Office in the mid 19th century, it still retains it's charm with some original features and big high ceilings. It's situation right in the heart of the vibrant Ladadika area is perfect. One might have thought that noise at night would be disturbing, but we never heard a thing due to the excellent double glazing. The food was to a very high standard and the staff were friendly and helpul. The room wqs beautiful and tastefully equipped. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Good location, comfortable bed, room quite spacious Cons: Old structure, refurbished but not in the best way. Bathroom fixtures (tube) leaking water when in use, toilet seat to be fixed. Very untidy open area used as a store in the corridor to get to the room, not looking good at all. The worst was breakfast: no food variety, poor quality, food not fresh. Breakfast was served in a sort of poor taverne, serving people from streets during the day, definitely not the breakfast room of an hotel claiming to be 5*. No value for money, the real rate of he hotel might be 3*, not more, price is at least double than what is acceptable for this kind of service.

All our questions prior to the flight were fully answered. We arrived after midnight and got a first class service up to our room. All questions about finding locations, recommendations of restaurants were given in a very polite manner. The room was large and comfort. We could reach all the locations in our tour plan. From the Photography museum to the Roman Forum and along the promenade from the old port to Alexander the great statue up to the Umbrellas and all the museums in between. There is a room for improvement of breakfast though. No tzatziki or other local food. :) But other than this it was above and beyond our expectations.

Hotel conveniently located near the harbour in the centre of town in an area with restaurants and bars. It offers spacious rooms, but very very outdated. The entire hotel would need a major re-modernization, because the structure is worth in a historic building in the centre, but in its current condition the hotel is more a 3 star than a 4 star. The breakfast is with table service and the quality of the products served is good, but really too long the waiting time. Good tampon service in the hotel and in general the covid protocol.

This is a very nice small, historic hotel. Beautiful facade and lobby, nicely refinished room with high ceilings, wood floors, marble rich bathroom, high end mattress and sheets. The location is so central it cannot be beat, right in the heart of Thessaloniki and steps from great restaurants, the square and the waterfront. Along with that comes horrendous traffic and zero parking. There is not even a safe and legal place in front of the hotel to unload your luggage. You have to double/triple park and hope you don't get a ticket (which I saw them giving out). The parking lots nearby were all full and I spent a great deal of time hunting down a lot that would take me, nowhere near the hotel. The hotel offered no assistance at all with this situation. It would be great if they at least made an arrangement with a nearby lot for a certain number of reserved spaces. In general, service at the hotel was perfunctory and nothing more. Definitely not warm and five-star friendly. By Greek standards, the breakfast was also a bit of a letdown. Good quality items but a small selection. I had better breakfasts at three and four star hotels on this trip. In general, seems the hotel is fairly empty and maybe not fully staffed/ramped back up. Overall, for the price I thought it offered a quality experience but I don't think I would recommend it if you arrive by car and want a fully stress-free experience.

Strategically ideal place, next to Aristotelous. With the known problem of hotels in the area not having parking, yet close enough to other private parking. We were upgraded to the Ambassador, which was two-room, with a desk that felt a bit like Andreas Papandreou to Planetarch. It automatically motivated you so that your partner would step into the role of secretary :)! Kind reception!

Hotel with lots of charm, extremely well located in the old part of the city, close to everything, the port, right in the center. The restaurant is also pleasant and affordable. The rooms are spacious and the bedding comfortable. The breakfasts on the terrace are decent and the service friendly.

perfectly well located, the hotel is very pleasant, quiet. The staff is discreet and a special mention goes to the breakfast which can be taken on the terrace outside. The bedding is excellent and the rooms spacious. From the Hotel we were able to explore the city on foot, its location is really perfect. In short, we happily recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in Thessaloniki to admire all its wonders

Hotel that takes care of and enhances its history in every detail. But it also has all the comforts of a modern hotel. Very central. They feel a little like the life of the Ladadika, but the fixtures are valid and it is not annoying. Kind and attentive staff.
