酒店工作人員聽不懂話，團了券，還繼續索要房費，開房間開了半個小時，退房間退了半個小時，聯繫其他工作人員就是讓稍等，不解決問題，磨磨嘰嘰沒一個能解決事兒的，推卸責任，説什麼從沒在**上過連結，工作流程有很大問題，八百個人等二百五前台確認，耽誤時間，着急有事情的得提前倆小時退房，服務差勁，酒店房間沒有吹風機，沒有毛巾，被子裏面都是黑點

訂單寫着八十多平的大床房，實際非常小，前台服務非常差，我十一點多去退的房，前台一個女的（白襯衫黑褲子）在外面站着告訴退房的説：看看超時了嗎？真有意思哎，人前台小姑娘説沒有，她才不説話。退個房得退了10分鐘，告訴她們定了兩間房，還一個勁問名字，直接把房號告訴你了，主要客房樓下小哥已經查完房，並打電話通知你們了。定的兩個大床房（定的時候是顯示有房的），結果住了一個標間，一個大床房。水池子邊上有一個躺椅圓形的，上面的污漬都沒清理乾淨，水池子裏還有污垢都沒擦掉，衹是把水放掉了，被子上也有2滴類似血的污漬～體驗感非常差，尤其是前台，業務不熟練嗎？？一點都不專業，訂的房間628，按金竟然一間房1000😲😲😲～

定的帶私湯的房間，居然沒有一次性泡澡池的袋子……本想自己簡單清理一下，沒想到池底居然那麼臟。住宿前台的小哥服務還是挺好的，接到電話後就過來幫忙清理了一下，住宿的房間跟温泉那邊是分開的，也就是説定的住宿如果想去那邊的温泉還要重新購買門票，感覺私湯的水也不像是温泉水，性價比不高，真不如隔壁的恆大……應該不會再去了

圖片與房間實際不符、衞生條件差浴缸臟牆皮裸露到處都是污漬、電視打不開換了一次房，服務態度差、效率低。從下午四點四十辦理入住開始，各種等待、打掃、換房、談判折騰到快七點，最後也沒有給出有誠意的方案。不知道是來度假還是來渡劫。
【特意從北京趕到天津來度假的，到的時候已經下午了，我問酒店負責人為什麼圖片與房間不一致，一會説裝修過了，一會説房型差異，實際上我觀察應該是偷偷把兩居室套房的圖片掛在一居室套房上面了。我要求賠償，負責人毫無歉意“你住了就代表你認可了，不喜歡你當時為什麼不退”
擺脱，我從北京開車幾個小時來天津泡温泉，行程都安排好了，你這貨不對板我臨時上哪找地方住？這是郊區附近沒幾家酒店，衹能湊合一晚啊，但是我湊合不代表你衞生不達標、圖片欺詐就要強行認可啊】
設施：貨不對板，圖片欺詐。訂的一居室套房，進門發現房間又小又破，傢俱都小一圈，户型完全不一樣，要穿過牆面和床墊的一條小縫才能進到廁所裏。給我換來換去都沒有圖片上的那樣。以次充好。
衞生：極差。第一次去的三層的套房，地磚上一大攤污漬，地毯臟得發黑，沒有床架，床墊直接攤在臟臟的地毯上。浴缸四周發黃，用手一摸滑膩膩的一層。牆皮脱落、垃圾裸露。好不容易叫保潔打掃了發現電視打不開，又等了20分鐘，結果還是修不好讓我換房。
服務：極差，整個樓的工作人員衹有一名保潔+一名前台，辦理入住等了20多分鐘。
在我提出圖片跟房價不一致時，來來回回有三四個人跟我談，除了跟磨我浪費我時間，提不出任何有誠意的方案。
環境：跟温泉是兩棟樓，來往需要等觀光車接送，很麻煩。

主打一個性價比。第一次去可能會不習慣，進門先要換拖鞋拿手牌才能到客房。温泉池子多，水乾淨，飲料水果自助，休息區影院，桌球，KTV，遊戲一應俱全，早午晚餐還有宵夜，種類豐富，味道不錯。
