The place has no sound proofing whatsoever and this is not advertised by the owners. The house shakes every five minutes all day apart from 4 hours in total between past midnight and 5. We stayed left than 24h and they kept all the money for four nights. It’s a scam and I advise not booking this place unless you want to turn your trip into an absolute nightmare.

Nice neighborhood and many restaurants and bread shops about 4 mins walk. Kojiya station is closer at about 4 mins walk to location. Enjoyed the use of the washer and shower room dryer for clothes. Room is clean and comfortable. Kitchen had necessary amenities and equipment.

一時帰国が1週間だけだったので、ゴミ出しなどのことを考え、都内の自宅に泊まらずこちらに宿泊。 糀谷駅から徒歩4分位、京急蒲田駅からも10分強の立地、近所にコンビニ、糀谷駅前にスーパーや飲食店が多数あってとても便利。昔のこのエリアの印象とはだいぶ異なってて驚いた。 部屋は3LDKで、普通のマンションと変わらず。食器や掃除道具、タオル類も一式あり、洗濯機・風呂乾燥もあるので、ごく普通の生活ができる（ベランダで外干しも可能）。 駐車場が隣にあるので、レンタカー借りて夜通し止めても安い。仮にここが空いてなくても近所にたくさんコインパーキングあり。 私は鉄道好きなのであまり気にならないが、線路沿いの建物なので電車走行音は頻繁にあり。終電が24時過ぎで始発が5時なのでその間しか静かではないため、人によってはなかなか寝れなかったり、朝も早くから起きてしまうと思います。電車走行音は気にならなかった半面、なんか電子音なのか隣室の音なのかわからないが、夜になんか変な音がしたのは少し気になった。 基本、外国人旅行者が利用する宿で、すれ違った方々もみな外国人。1階のごみ集積室は案の定仕分けされておらず。 東京に来て家族やグループで長期滞在するなら、非常にいい宿。
