Lovely and helpful staffs with great location

It was such a perfect accommodation! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and there were no shortcomings, so I was able to have a good trip. Amenities were also provided in sufficient quantities, and if it rained, you could borrow an umbrella for free, and if you went up to the rooftop, you could see the Skytree, so the atmosphere was great.

The cloakroom staff were very friendly and dealt with the problem politely despite it being our fault.

The hotel is very good, located 7-8 minutes away from Asakusa Station, and there is a 711 across the street, which is very convenient. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, always chatting with a smile. The first floor of the hotel is equipped with free coffee, cocoa, tea, microwave, etc. Although the room is a little small, the washroom, toilet, and shower are separated, and the layout is very reasonable.

Very good experience in this hotel I recommend. The room was a little small for 3 people with 5 suitcases but very satisfied with the hotel. And very nice view from the rooftop!

店員非常客氣，服務很貼心，入住前就給客人，準備了祝福卡片，和小禮物，很用心。而且樓頂能看到晴空塔，非常漂亮
