The front desk is only open from 9-18. If you miss this time, you have to call to enter. Make sure you have a mobile phone that can call Japanese numbers.
In addition, this is the only unhygienic "hotel" I have stayed in in Japan. You have to sort the garbage yourself.
The advantage is that the location is good. Nakanobu Station is the closest, about 400 meters away, directly connected to the Asakusa Line and the private subway to Jiyugaoka and Futako Tamagawa. The other direction is JR Nishi-Oi, which is 850 meters away. Nishi-Oi is within 20 minutes from Shinjuku or Yokohama. There is also a Nikon Museum next to it where you can store your luggage. The location is good. The residential area around is also nice. The Kagetsu Arashi Toyama Ramen next to it is also delicious. But this "hotel" is too cuo, more like a motel. And the official website should be able to book weekly rates? Not sure if the one on Ctrip is weekly rates. Anyway, I won't stay here again. The bed is so small that I can fall into it.

This hotel is very cost-effective. It only takes half an hour to get to Shibuya. However, the disadvantage is that it takes more than ten minutes to walk to JR.
