Pros: Nice neighbourhood; there is a combini and conveyor belt sushi restaraunt across road, also nice family restaraunt with breakfasts 300 meters apart. Outdoors is quiet on nights If you are worried about Japanese high humidity of air: there is a special dryer regime in bathroom, so you can dry your clothes in one night. Cons: A bit tricky system of check-in (all this stuff with locks). Number on combination lock on garbage bin is not relevant - so, garbage bags from hotel lie on pavement near bin; instruction from hotel here needs update There is really no Wi-Fi avaliable for guests in apartment (only secured one for smart-TV) The stairs are narrow and can be steep for the elderly and guests with large luggage.

The biggest issue is that the heater in our room is not working. The staff promised to fix it but it remained broken. I was left with one thin blanket for 2 people for 3 nights in the cold winter. It was 0 degrees at night. I asked for an addition heavy blanket and a portable heater but I was informed that they could not be provided. The service of staff is actually terrible as they showed zero effort in resolving the issues of the room. The hotel is located quite far away from the Kamata JR station, the walk there is about 15 minutes. The hallways and stairs are extremely narrow and there is no elevator. Extremely inconvenient for travellers with big luggages. Overall the room is clean but there were quit a lot of stains on the bedsheets.
