The location is very good, next to Shiba Park, and the hotel also tries to provide rooms on high floors, from which you can see Tokyo Tower from afar. The view at night is still very beautiful. The room size is good for this location, with a fridge and microwave, which is very useful for simple hot tea or coffee in the room. Although the rooms are not cheap in this season, they are worth recommending.

Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else is pretty good. Although there is a subway line, you need to transfer to most places, and it takes a long time to walk. Microwave oven, oven, washing machine are all available, suitable for staying for a few days. You need to clean and sort the garbage by yourself, and there is a charge for changing towels.

New hotel, convenient location, close to the subway station, convenient transportation, complete facilities in the room, especially the washing machine, very good. The staff are polite and efficient, which is commendable. I will come again next time and recommend it to my friends. 

Nowadays, when you go to Japan, you will give priority to hotels with more complete home appliances. I finally found this one. It opened last year and is very new. It is fully equipped with sufficient tableware. You can buy some food from the convenience store and eat it in the room. I chose a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, which is still so beautiful. The subway line near this hotel is not a main line. You need to transfer to go to popular business districts or attractions, but the surrounding area is quiet enough, the internal environment is comfortable enough, and the area is also large. Since it is an apartment-style hotel, there is basically no service except for asking some questions at the front desk. You have to take the garbage to the garbage station on the first floor every day. Maybe you need to pay extra to experience the service. I didn’t ask about this. In general, everyone is very satisfied with this hostel.
