Compact room with all the essentials (ok for 1 large luggage and 1 small luggage). Value for money, convenient location, short walk to 2 train stations. The fridge temperature is centrally controlled and not very cold, front desk staff was very helpful and offered to store a few small items for me in their back office fridge.

Very nice location, near Ueno Station with lots of restaurants nearby. It is good that they can help store luggage which i found difficult in some other Japan hotels.

Just super tiny and unexpected but the norm for inner Tokyo apparently.

The location was near the station, only a 5 minute walk, and the service was fairly good.
Cleanliness could be improved, and the room was a bit small.
