衛生程度一般，床整晚都不舒服，不明白是床單還是地毯問題，感覺有蟎蟲或蝨子，連續兩晚睡了不久就開始覺得身體很癢，還有蚊子。
不配備浴帽，非常不方便。
只有簡陋的梳洗用品配備。
下次不會再次選擇入住。

今次入住此酒店，十分方便！無論到JR上野站或御徒町站都好近。酒店位置超正，鄰近到上野恩賜公園，只係徒步10多分鐘便到達；觀看樱花盛開，上野公園是不二之選。另外入住MIMARU酒店公寓廚房用品一膺俱全，有如家般感覺，房間寛敞舒適，最喜愛是那張長方形長枱，吃早餐夠大。還有那些小椅子，出門前坐著穿鞋，真方便及貼心！酒店整體來說都很好，是不錯的選擇！

近JR御徒町駅，交通方便。飲食購物，都在步行範圍內。酒店房間很適合家庭旅行，房內廚房設備很齊全，另可從前台借用一些常用小電器，房內如配備洗衣機就完美了。遇到的酒店員工都是外勞，方便用英文溝通，但服務水平有參差(反映管理培訓有改善空間)，沒見過一個日本人員工(這酒店是日本人經營的酒店?)。小酒店沒甚麼公用設施。房費偏高。
