We chose this hotel because it has cooking and laundry facilities. Also it is only 15 mins walk to Hatchobori station which travels directly to Tokyo Disneyland.
But there was not many restaurants nearby which is quite inconvenient. We often bought food from the opposite supermarket and convenience stores and ate at the hotel.
The closest train station Shintomicho is far and it is a long walk with stairs.
But the price is fair for the big room size considering it is Tokyo. Our family of two adults, two seniors, two young children (5 and 2 years old) fit comfortably in this hotel room.
I would not choose this hotel if I visit Tokyo again, but I will probably need to a bigger budget next time.

Conveniently located near train stations, my hotel stay was quite pleasant. The room, though small, had sufficient facilities and was comfortable. The reception was very helpful. It was a bit dusty, but they provided an air cleaner in the room. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was positive and satisfactory.

The location is excellent; we primarily walked to Ginza on foot. A notable advantage is the in-room washing machine and dryer, which we found extremely useful and used daily. For airport transportation, consider taking a cab to Tokyo station and catching a bus to Narita airport, providing a convenient and efficient travel option.

This place does not worth the price. There’s a ********* girl with glasses acting like a total retard. I told her to cancel the taxi calling she pretended to be deaf and laugh with the other Philippine baby boy about me. You guys dare to charge me for 280usd for this piece of **** service?! This is a joke.
