Hotel Ann is amazingly short walking distance to Tsukiji Market, Sushi Edomae, Family Mart, Starbucks, Tsukiji stations. Hongwanji Buddhist Temple with its calming surroundings is just right around the corner. Getting to-and-fro the airport is a breeze. Especially with the Tokyo Station. The Hotel Ann staff are earnestly the nicest and went out of their way to assist us. Displaying the excellent attitude of the Japanese people. Very very helpful. We are very much in awe. Will utmostly stay and recommend Hotel Ann. Neighborhood is appeasing. Very very clean.

Hotel is located very good place, near 筑地市场walking by 6 minute， walking to 银坐by16 minute. The room is small but have all you need.

This hotel require you to check out at 10am which is feeling is too early.

It a nice and safe place for girl to stay. Close to the seafood market and metro. Only took 5-10 minutes to the market and 2 minutes to metro. Will come and stay again if visit tokyo. Room a bit too small but it’s fine for 1 person. Just not place to open luggage.

[Room Configuration] The bed is soft and easy to sleep on. The small table is fixed on the wall and is a bit in the way, but the box can be placed at the end of the bed. There is a porch at the door, which is not suitable for boxes and can easily get stuck. [Location] It's just across two roads after the subway, very close to Tsukiji Market. [Hotel Service] There is no breakfast in the hotel, so you need to use a coupon to go to Denny’s.

The room is very small. Anyway, everyone remembers that it is a single room of 10 square meters. It is very crowded by Tokyo standards. The biggest problem with my stay this time is that the hotel said that it only cleans the hotel every three days for the sake of environmental protection. This is a big problem, it is very uncomfortable, and it is messed up in order to save costs.

The overall feeling of staying this time is very, very good! The location is very superior, just walk for about 2 minutes from Tsukiji Honganji Station, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Ginza 4-chome, and it only takes about 7 minutes to walk to Kabukiza! The Famliy convenience store is just outside the subway. The front desk staff and cleaning lady are very friendly and very nice! The only fly in the oin**ent is that the room is too small, and it is difficult to open the suitcase in the room, but the facilities are very complete! These are understandable and acceptable in East Ginza, Tokyo, where every inch of land is expensive! Will definitely continue to choose to stay next time!
