I stayed 2 nights and it was normal not so good and not so bad.
Good: until Aug, there is bus to haneda airport from Ariake Garden.
Location is also good if you choose this, it needed time to go to uptown, and need to use Yurikamome.
Front desk and other communicatinos were normal and not really felt Omotenashi - this is Ariake area and may not normal.
The view from the room was not good. Considering this spot is bit unique in Tokyo, there is no lounge or meeting room to rental unless it is from school or company with some amount of event which was bit not match with Ariake area where event and business guests' needs may be in using those urgent meeting option.
Breakfast was crowded even in weekday but the menu was quite good.

It was perfect for staying alone. It is also very high that you can go from Disney by one. However, I thought that I could not hear the sound outside the door well. However, I thought that it was like each other because I also made sounds.

Excellent! We booked five rooms, two of which were upgraded, and this one was among them. We were given a spacious two-bedroom, one-living-room suite that could accommodate five people! It also had a minibar, stocked with several bottles of red wine, beer, and soft drinks. Even the non-upgraded rooms came with capsule coffee machines and coffee pods, plus a good selection of tea bags in various flavors. We booked high-floor bay view rooms, and all four rooms we were assigned offered views of the Rainbow Bridge. The Yurikamome Line station is right outside the hotel, and there's a Lawson convenience store conveniently located at the entrance. Just a two to three-hundred-meter walk downstairs, you'll find a replica of the Statue of Liberty, and to the right is the Gundam shopping mall, which features most major brands. The huge Gundam statue at the entrance puts on a light show at 8:30 PM, lasting less than ten minutes. The hotel features four restaurants. I opted for the sushi set meal on the 30th floor, and its quality was excellent – well worth the hour I spent queuing. My husband and kids tried the buffet on the second floor and said it was only average.

The hotel room was clean and there were several facilities available. It was comfortable staying there, but be aware that it is quite far away from popular neighborhoods like Shinjuku and Shibuya, which takes around 40 minutes to get there by public transportation. On the other hand, it is rather close to TeamLab Planets and there are convenience stores and some restaurants nearby.

Excellent hotel with stunning views and outstanding service 👌
We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu Premier during our trip to Japan, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and an incredible view of Tokyo Bay. The floor-to-ceiling windows and overall quietness make it feel like a peaceful escape right in the heart of the city.
The public bath on the 36th floor is a real highlight. It offers a relaxing atmosphere and breathtaking night views of Tokyo. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The location is perfect: directly connected to the subway, and close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the Toyosu fish market.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a great location in Tokyo. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Staying at a 5-star hotel in Tokyo for just over 800 [currency implied], with rooms exceeding 20 square meters, truly offers exceptional value for money. The breakfast spread is incredibly extensive and delicious. This has essentially become our go-to hotel whenever we're in Tokyo; my wife has even declared that this is where we'll be staying exclusively from now on! The entire Toyosu district feels very new and modern, and it's conveniently located right opposite the Senkyakubanrai complex.

The outside of the building is huge. There are so many amenities to choose from at reception. Definitely gives the impression its a 4* hotel. When I got into my room I could see rust and marks in the bathroom, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I wasn't pleased that the WiFi kept cutting out constantly. Now I got the impression it was a 2-3* hotel. Room service was excellent until the last night when they forgot to leave a night dress. The location is excellent, very close to the station and surrounded by shops. There's an amazon locker close by which helps with my online shopping addiction lol. I forgot to take a picture of the hotel and the amazing view but I got one of the symbol in the front garden.

I’ve been in this property on 2019 and, despite the 6 years in between, the hotel kept is style and it is still a solid choice while traveling in Tokyo.
Position is good with good access to metro or a 15-20€ Uber ride to the major sightseeing points.
Room is also very good with breathtaking views over the bay.
Breakfast is a good mix of western and Easter cuisine.
Only downside is the fact that the pool is not accessible for free. As HH Gold member I’ve would have expected more a free pass rather than a discounted entry (25€).

I highly recommend this hotel! It's just two stops from Disneyland, and getting to Odaiba and the city center is also incredibly convenient. As we were traveling with a child, they provided an extra bed at a very reasonable cost. They even offered bath salts, and after a relaxing bath, we slept wonderfully that night. Next time I'm in Tokyo, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

Easy parking for those driving car (99% of the parking space remained unoccupied during our stay, 1500 yen per night). A peace of mind for those who come with a car!
Just 3 stops to Tokyo station but it also comes with a long long walk (at least 10 min) in the subway to get through to the main scenic spots and interchange to JR Yamanote line or high speed train. This is the reason we will try elsewhere next time.
Overall, very good value. Reasonably sized room for family, up to standard Japanese style buffet lunch, concierge staff communicate fairly well in English.

YYunximaoduoduoChecked into this hotel recommended by a friend, and it was full of pleasant surprises! The location couldn't be better, right next to Odaiba and Toyosu Market. There's also a bus stop just downstairs with direct service to Ginza. Even better, the Yurikamome line is within easy reach, offering stunning views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge.
The hotel is new and modern. At 33 square meters, the room is incredibly spacious for Tokyo, featuring a split bathroom design (separate wet and dry areas) and a comfortable sofa area. The room was spotless, well-stocked with toiletries, and having a Lawson convenience store downstairs was another bonus. Toyosu Market itself is a foodie paradise, offering a vast selection of fresh sashimi and seafood bowls that are both delicious and reasonably priced. It offers exceptional value for money during non-holiday periods. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Odaiba and Toyosu Market!

Unfortunately, we only had three customers visit us for inquiries over three days. So much for that – I guess we won't be counting on the Japanese market for business anymore.
The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. If you walk in the opposite direction, you'll reach Ariake Garden. There's an Aeon supermarket on the ground floor. Both directions are roughly a 15-minute walk. There are various large food courts nearby, making it quite convenient for dining.
I didn't want the hassle of switching hotels midway through my trip, so I ended up staying for five consecutive nights. The hotel offers fully self-service check-in. I didn't request daily housekeeping during my stay, but cleaning became mandatory by the third day. The cleaning staff member who came was very efficient and quick, which was great.

GGuest UserIt was closer to the station than I expected, and the building was very clean and comfortable.
I was able to use the large public bath without it being too crowded.
I had plans so I couldn't stay until the last minute before check-out, which is a shame. The breakfast was delicious, so I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity, and I hope I can take my time.
The elevator takes a while to arrive, so it's best to leave with plenty of time when going out.
I was a bit worried because the only place to leave luggage was in the bathroom, so I had to bring my suitcase into the changing room.
