We had an amazing stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Tokyo Dome City and several train and subway lines, making it super convenient to get around the city.
The room was clean, spacious (especially by Tokyo standards), and had a stunning view of the skyline. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the air purifier and the in-room fridge. Housekeeping kept everything spotless during my stay.
Staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with spoke English and was eager to help with directions and recommendations.
Breakfast at Rilassa was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options. There's also a Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel, which was really handy.
It can get a bit busy during events at Tokyo Dome, but the hotel is well-organized and manages the crowds efficiently.
Overall, Tokyo Dome Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s perfect for families, business travelers, and anyone who wants a comfortable and well-connected base in Tokyo. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Hotel is located on a quiet street and is within a short walk of numerous public transport options so it was ideal for us. The room was extremely small but it was very clean and efficiently designed to make the most of the limited space. Staff were very friendly.

The location is incredibly convenient. Awajicho Station (on the Marunouchi Line) is less than a 10-minute walk away. Kanda Myojin Shrine and Akihabara are also easily accessible, about a 10-minute uphill walk. Plus, you'll find convenience stores and vending machines everywhere within a 100-meter radius.
Check-in is at 3 PM, so plan your arrival accordingly. However, they offer luggage storage right at the entrance; you can drop off your bags, get your tag, and head out to explore the neighborhood immediately.
While some rooms boast fantastic street views, others face an alley. Though these alley-facing rooms offer a narrower perspective, you can still catch glimpses of the sky and clouds, which is a nice touch.
Be aware that this particular room type is quite compact. If you travel with an extra-large suitcase, you might find it challenging to open it fully on the floor. Keep this in mind when selecting your room.
The room comes fully equipped with all necessary amenities: a kettle, hangers, a wardrobe, slippers, a fridge, and toiletries.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to provide thoughtful assistance.
Overall, this is a truly fantastic place. It will definitely be one of my top choices for my next visit, and I'm very grateful for the unforgettable and wonderful days I spent here.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with several subway lines nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The adjacent Dome City has a plethora of restaurants, so dining is never an issue. I specifically booked a larger room and was very happy with the spaciousness. Check-in was seamless, and we were able to store our luggage after check-out. The toilet is separate from the sink and shower area, which is a great, practical feature. The room's cleanliness was also good. Excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a huge building with several wings. Despite the fact that we approached the reception at 2 p.m., we were refused check-in until 3 p.m. Such pettiness is disgusting - especially considering that this is a four-star (not 5 stars), expensive hotel. The air conditioner in the room sometimes started to ”growl” - we had to turn it off at night. The view from the window was of some industrial building, with huge, humming, industrial fans. There was a line for breakfast - we had to wait 20-30 minutes for a free table. As for the room itself - it is neither bad nor good - an ordinary room in a four-star hotel. Clean. Large TV. A good bed with a comfortable mattress. Unfortunately, I cannot give the hotel a high rating, since the cons of the hotel significantly outweigh the pros.

The staff was great and very friendly. The location is quite convenient. It takes around 30 minutes to get to Shibuya and Akihabara Electro Town is in walkable reach. There are convenient stores and subway stations nearby. Otherwise, there is not much else though.
The room was clean and although small, enough for us two person. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled like mold and you needed to have the fan on to get rid of the smell. Also the walls seemed thin, since we could hear other rooms at sleep time.
But all in all, the hotel was good enough for a short visit of Tokyo.

All the front desk staff were exceptionally good. We particularly appreciated an older gentleman who would proactively greet Chinese guests in Mandarin, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Several other Japanese staff members, including a young lady, were also incredibly nice and friendly. The room we were assigned had an excellent location. Although the room was a bit small, it offered great value for money, especially considering the breakfast. Overall, highly satisfied! 👍

The service attitude of the breakfast restaurant is quite good, but there is no place to sit at the front desk. When checking out, you have to stand and check in and then leave. I’d rate Suidobashi Stay Hotel a strong 4 stars. Just a 5-minute walk from Suidobashi Station, it’s perfect for hitting Tokyo Dome or Korakuen. The modern, compact rooms offer comfy beds, international sockets, and fast free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is simple but solid—toast, eggs, coffee—enough to start the day. Free umbrellas are a lifesaver in Tokyo’s rain, and vending machines keep snacks and drinks handy 24/7. No gym, but the location’s a win. The staff are multilingual (English and Japanese), friendly, and keep it spotless. The single elevator can bottleneck, but for the price, cleanliness, and prime spot, it’s a great pick. I’d stay again for the convenience and those little extras!

IItsjustmehereThe hotel is located about a 5 min walk from the nearest train station. Google maps made us walk a steep hill up to the hotel from the station so do take note if you have luggage (there is a more long winded way which doesn’t need you to go up a steep hill).
Location: about 20 mins from the city so I would say this is on the outskirts of the city, which we liked as it is quieter. We somehow could hear the trains in the morning though we didn’t hear them at night.
Room: It is small (like all Tokyo hotels) but sufficient. The bed was very comfy, and the rooms and toilets were kept clean and nice. No signs of aging. The pyjamas given were super comfy and a lot of amenities were given as well. Water pressure was good.
Amenities: The best part of this hotel is its facilities. I absolutely loved the 3rd floor inner garden where we could sit and hear water flowing. They serve free green tea too at stipulated time periods. Be sure to check it out! The gym is very basic though with only a few treadmills and no weights.
Food: Quite a lot of food options which are about a 5 min walk away.
Service: Really good service by front counter staff. They also helped us make a reservation at a restaurant :)

FFeiyaxiaoyuIt was a pleasant surprise to find such a large room in such a central location in Tokyo. It's a small and beautiful boutique hotel with clean rooms. The entrance area is just enough for suitcases. There are not many rooms, so be sure to book in advance. The breakfast is a fruit juice drink and a sandwich, which is quite average. It is recommended not to order breakfast and go out to find breakfast by yourself. There is a convenience store at the door, which is very convenient for shopping. I am not sure whether there is a subway near the hotel. Because we chartered a car for the trip, the hotel is in a core location and is very convenient to go anywhere. It is highly recommended.

I received sleeping report — information about my sleep a few days later. It was interesting.
The capsule looks cool but i didn't feel very comfortable due to lack of air.
If you stay for more than one night keep in mind they will ask you to leave your capsule from 10.00 till 14.00 every day for cleaning.

GGuest UserA very comfortable hotel for a short stay. The staff is truly amazing. They're very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Although they don't speak English well, they find a way to communicate, which is appreciated. It's located in the Chiyoda neighborhood, next to Chiyoda Station and a 7-minute walk from Ochanomizu Station. There are good, inexpensive, and local restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
The only downside is the facilities. Despite being a hotel designed more for business travelers, the rooms are very small, the windows don't open, and the heating is very impractical. It works well, but often, because it can't be programmed or the remote control has stickers in English, it was impossible to sleep at night unless you set the heating to 28°C all day to keep the room cool. On the other hand, the bed was poorly made; I mean, the bedspread was VERY short. Added to the heating problem, it was impossible to wake up without shivering and be comfortable. The pillows were low and soft. If you like them, fine; if not, you'll spend the night trying to find a position.
The TV is useless; it has no practical information about the hotel, and you can't watch anything without buying a 1,000 yen card that lets you watch movies but not TV. It's also worth mentioning that it's practically only in Japanese.
The bathroom is very cold, so much so that when you go in to simply wash your hands, you're left cold.

However, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The superb cleanliness was immediately noticeable, and the hotel even had a wonderfully fresh scent throughout. The staff's hospitality was outstanding. They were incredibly friendly and made a genuine effort to communicate in English, which I truly appreciated. The unlimited amenities available at the reception were also a fantastic and convenient touch.
This was such a great experience that I've already made my next booking here. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI booked a six-person room exclusively for women, located in B1. The space is OK. You can put your suitcase under the bed. If it's cold, there is a blanket. The indoor temperature is comfortable. There is a special person to clean it. It is clean and tidy. There is a public washroom for men and women and two separate shower areas, which is very convenient. The men's and women's toilets are separate. The disadvantage of the six-person room is that there are many people. Everyone goes to bed and wakes up at different times, which may affect rest. There is also a place for washing and drying. Towels, slippers and bath towels need to be purchased separately. There is a cafe on the first floor, which is open 24 hours a day. I like it very much.
Convenient transportation, about 600 to 700 meters away from the subway station. There are also many convenience stores near the hotel.
Free breakfast such as bread and tea is provided in the morning.
The boss and service staff are very good.
