房卡一直放他房間説我沒退房，中午打過電話給我就説退了退了，我住那麼多酒店都是直接就走房卡留房間，説我沒退房，居然不退按金，這種要按金的房勸各位以後都不要住

實際入住的房間，和我看的房型不一樣，但是因為那天行程太久太累了也就沒有去説房型和圖片不一樣的事了，我訂的應該是對面房間能看到中南門古城的房間，第二天退房看了對門的房間和我訂單的圖片房型是一樣的，前台安排的房間應該不是我訂的房型

酒店環境很温馨，不好的就是隔音不好。旁邊幾個孩子很吵鬧 一晚上睡不好 然後就是停車不方便 在別的地方 我是停完車 打車到的酒店 房間還不錯 整體來説 不開車去就很好 然後旁邊的人素質高也還不錯。

此次出行最大的收穫就是這個酒店，環境衞生很不錯，環境房yyds，前台大氣明亮，辦理入住的是個大美女。遺憾的是沒加微信！
