前台服務很熱情，講解了當地的旅遊景點，以及交通，從酒店去烏鎮也很近，到房間裏衞生打掃的也很乾凈，房間面積也很大！酒店附近吃飯的地方很多，味道也都不錯！早餐品種很多！值得推薦

前台小姐姐服務很熱情，進門就有茶水提供，整個酒店環境很整潔衞生，給我營造了一種家的感覺，入住一晚睡覺很舒服，退房的時候還送水讓我們路上備着，整個入住體驗非常完美，下次還會選擇這家格雅，非常棒，值得推薦！

酒店隔音不好，差的要死，大清早6點多我還想着再睡一會，結果外面就吵的要死了，給前台打電話，前台説她也沒辦法，給我就掛了，我花錢了，不能正常休息，晚上隔壁也吵，早上也吵，服務又不好，我來受氣來了嗎？不會再選擇這家酒店了

運氣不好世紀大道修路噪音巨大。然後門口也修路導致工程車堵住出入口車輛被堵了3-4個小時出不去，一開始找酒店服務人員求助讓我自己去一鍵挪車，後來打110才幫忙解決。

是格雅老客户了，這是住過最差的一次。當時一共讓前台（前台挺好的）拿過兩次東西，第二次的時候一個黑衣服眼鏡男上門就怪我們説，要是全酒店的人都像我們這樣，那他就不用做生意了。嗯？***？您家紙拖鞋爛了，我找你拿一雙居然被你這樣説？服務這麼垃圾啊？連淡季的顧客都接待不了，那乾脆就像你説的別做了吧🙄🙄再説了，來格雅四五次了，我也就這一次讓他上門提供了兩次物品，有必要這麼説嗎？格雅的裡子是越來越差了。
順便説一句，衞生也不行，桌子邊上全是黴菌跟一層厚厚的積灰。

前台一個麻子臉一個戴眼鏡的鐵餅圓臉，這兩衹態度死差，板着個臉，説話也説不利索，完全是它們是客人我成服務人員了，辦理入住時外面下雨了，一個外賣小哥進來還當著我的麪訓斥人家，真的是這店是它們開的哦，給人當看門的當久了都覺得這是自家的了

比較不爽的是，一掀開被子看到的就是頭髮。也不知道是前任住户的還是工作人員的。床單上還有塊可能是洗不掉的東西，還有個破洞。因為工作原因臨時住了一晚。
