5/5PerfectHotel is just too great. Though remote, offers various types of activities for guests. Joined canopy observation, horse riding and firefly tour, all the guides of the activities were nice and friendly.

4/5Very GoodThis is a lovely resort. Very beautiful resort indeed. Guests wanna spend as much as time they can in their rooms or doing activities in the resort. So time consuming and unnecessary procedures (like getting all the NRICs) during check in should be avoided. One name to check in is more than enough. No need to ask for wife and kids IC. Too troublesome and so much time wasted.

4.5/5ExcellentThe hotel is set in a beautiful remote and very relaxing location. Staff are excellent. Facilities good and view from room 5818 spectacular. The downsides are few but there are some. The beach is looks great but if you think your going to experience a white powder beach then you are not. The sea is a good 300-400mtr walk from the pool so hardly anyone goes for a swim in it. The much lauded Sampan beach bar is poorly located at the end of the Garden Wing, it is uncared for and needs to be look at for a complete renovation plan. It is the worst facility at this otherwise excellent hotel.
