Libelula Tulum Beachfront Hotel

I had an amazing experience at Libelula beach club with my friends. Such a special place, untouched by time. The food, the drinks were outstanding. The service also and communication with the staff was amazing ! The perfect gateway for an afternoon or more !

Libelua is a great property in every way. Small, low-key a**osphere removed from the hectic hotel zone. Pristine tropical beach setting with an amazing staff that make you feel like a special guest and a welcome friend. Top-notch food and drinks as well. Our four-night stay was perfect.

Our stay at Libelula was not only more than what we were expecting, it was exactly what we needed. A total disconnect and an absolutely spectacular escape. The location is incredible, and the site is amazing. But more than this, the team and the vibe are something of a cross between incredible night out at a sophisticated boutique hotel and a glamping hideaway in a nature reserve. The service, the tempo, the food, the comfort are all spot on. We will definitely be coming back! Noam

I rarely ever leave reviews but I felt like I had to because this place was so special. You’re super close to everything but you feel like you’re in own secret slice of paradise. The beach is flawless, the food is amazing, the staff really cares about you and it feels like you’re sleeping directly on the beach if you get the ocean front room. I couldn’t recommend it more. Give it a try!

perfect location separated from the noisy hotels, immerse in the Sian Kahn Reserve Libelula offers one of the best beaches, almost desert in September, very warm welcome, nice host, the room we got was much better than expected, worth every minute

This place is perfect for a quiet vacation, it is far from the beach club noises but near enough to walk or bike. Staff were very attentive, the food was amazing, it was absolutely perfect for a romatic vacation.

Paradise!! I stayed four nights and they were some of the most relaxing I have had in years. The location is close to the hotel zone but tucked away on a beautiful private waterfront property. Other than the sounds of waves on the beach and the birds in the morning, it is quiet and so peaceful. The grounds around the rooms are thoughtfully laid out with an intimate but open design. The rooms are elegant with a luxurious but authentic feel. The food is possibly the best in all Tulum. The Tuna Tostada is my favorite. Fresh with incredible flavor profiles, there's nothing I had that I didn't love and I'm pretty picky. The staff and management are incredibly kind and helpful. All in all, it was just what I needed. I will definitely return soon and have begun recommending this place to my friends!

Magical place! An experience for sure. This is what a beach getaway should be. Incomparable views, beautiful private beach for miles, this is where you go relax, enjoy the ocean in their beach beds and cabannas, while you eat the most amazing, delicious , cooked in the moment food, and drink delicious cocktails! The staff is small, super friendly and personalized ( thank you to the host, owner, and bartender) they truly make you feel like youre hanging out with friends! The rooms are minimalistic yet cozy, gorgeous design, and the views are like no other, even the jungle views are beatiful and steps away from the ocean, we had the beach front room ( Highly recommend) you sleep with the beautiful breeze and sounds of the waves 3 steps away! As far as housekeeping our room was kept super clean at all times, and the property is very well kept, we witnessed them cleaning every night! Safety is great, its locked up and in a very safe, secluded spot inside a natural reserve! I would feel completely safe traveling here alone. It is on the pricier side if you are a drinker, but the food is honestly AMAZING!!! This place is truly a little piece of paradise! Book it, you will thank yourself you did. Cannot wait to come back with more time!
