Great for easy going travellers. Many things to like and some not so much. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Water cut-off a couple of times, ran out of food and wine in the restaurants. Easy to fix the issues. I like it.

Thank you Casa Phoenix for this amazing experience. This hotel is located on the best beach inside the natural reserve. The service and the food was amazing. Can’t wait to be back next summer!

The place is magical. It is located in the raw un-touched part of Tulum. INSIDE the Sian Kaan natural reserve. Small restaurant with a bar and a beautiful beach with sun-beds.
At night its just a bliss hearing the waves and watching the stars.
I really recommend this property as to something different and special in Tulum.

The Hotel is ideally located in the Sian Kaan reserve, with its private access to the heavenly beach, waking up is magical.
The rooms are well appointed while respecting the ecosystem. Finally, we loved the availability and sympathy of Lucas, always there for the slightest request/question.
