Yunak evleri Interior Pool Suit özel havuzlu odasında konakladık. Personel ilgisi,karşılama,temizlik,restaurant hizmetleri ve hemen her anlamda memnun kalabilirsiniz. Oda içerisinde havuz yeterince geniş,pek çok havlu ile desteklenmiş ve her türlü havuz ile ilgili hizmet fazlasıyla karşılanmıştı. Kesinlikle deneyimlenmesi gereken bir oda. Teşekkürler Yunak !

I Booked Deluxe Room. At first they gave me deluxe room but I couldn’t access wifi. So I asked to cancel my booking but then they gave me another room but different type which is Classic Room No. 107. Wifi Connection was still bed and I should sleep on the floor to catch the wifi signal. I checked Room No 111 which is deluxe and right on the top of Receptionist has better wifi signal. The room was vacant until I checked out. I didn’t know why they downgrade my room from deluxe to classic while a wifi connected deluxe room was available Very disappointing. Will not stay here again

Good location Authentic caves

We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two children) and it was spacious and comfortable. They also offer a wide range of room service, which was helpful as we were unable to eat out during our stay due to heavy snowfall. It is also about a 10-minute walk from the center of Goreme, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy both the city center and the typical scenery of Cappadocia. Breakfast was also delicious.

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are colorful, in caves. In the evening the lights come on and the views become simply incredible. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is very responsive. Of the minuses, perhaps, the wi-fi did not work in the room. Only at the reception. Otherwise, everything is great.

The room is special and nice. Please note that the location is a little far from Goreme. The heating is hot and there is only a window on the entrance side, so I was a little worried about sleeping with the window open.

The hotel is quite big and the rooms are nice, but unfortunately there is no air conditioning and the wifi is a little bit poor. There is a restaurant street 7-8 minutes walk to the left of the hotel, which is very convenient

I originally booked a king-size bed room, but was given a three-bed room. There was no signal or Wi-Fi in the room (I booked it because I saw that there was free Wi-Fi in the room when I booked it), it was completely disconnected. If you want to experience primitive cave life, you can come here, and it's also good to be away from the interruption of mobile phones. But really... I can't enjoy it. But the customer service attitude of Ctrip was very good, and they helped to solve the problem in time.

The scenery is beautiful, the rooms are huge, and the cave hotel is special. The breakfast options are diverse, there is an outdoor open-air area, and the photography is first-rate. There is also a parking lot for self-driving travelers. The environment is quiet, there are many stars at night, it is a very relaxing place.

The stairs to go up to the rooms can be tiring, there are no windows in the rooms, it is a bit gloomy, also the mobile line has difficulty receiving, there is no WiFi, or it does not receive any signal. There are not enough sockets in the room to charge the phone. There is a large and well-organized breakfast service. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is good.

Pros: 1. The view is very good. Many people staying at the surrounding accommodations come up to take pictures. 2. Excellent cleanliness 3. Excellent staff service. 4. Excellent food quality Cons: 1. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center of Urgup city. It is located on an uphill slope, so it may be difficult to return to the hotel. 2. Hotel Wi-Fi is only available at the reception and restaurant. It is completely unavailable in the room. 3. It is a cave room, so it is like a bunker... Data usage and internet are almost non-existent. You have to go outside the room to use it... and even that is extremely slow. It seems like you can't use it outside in the winter or in the cold. It's like prison life without internet at 21C.

Very unique and stylish, the breakfast is very rich and the CP value is very high.
