酒店隔音不好，中間有個小院子，夜裡睡覺在院子聊天兒的聲音會傳到房間裏。沒有house cleaning。週六早上前台沒有工作人員在。房間裏面設施較陳舊，沒有熱水，床墊也不好睡的腰疼。第一天的早餐還好，實在住不了就去朋友酒店住了。

Elif Stone House güzel bir otel sıcak ve samimi ortamı gerçekten önemli özellikle aileleriyle gelenler için.Kahvaltısı güzel, temizlik açısından başarılı konforlu güzel bir butik otel.Çalışanları Mustafa Bey ve Salih Bey bizlerle çok ilgilendiler hep güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanlı şekilde davrandılar.Bir sonraki Ürgüp ziyaretimizde kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz yer Elif Stone House olacaktır.

Arkadaşlarımla Elif stone house otelin havuzunu kullanmak için geldik. Ürgüp de yaşıyorum ve daha önce pek çok otelin havuzunu kullandım. Gittiğim hiç bir otelin havuz ve çevresinin bu kadar kirli ,bakımsız , pis olduğunu görmedim. Bu tür işle**elerin yaptıkları işe biraz saygı göstermesini bekliyorum. We had a nice stay at Elif Stone House. The staff is very kind and breakfast very good. Swimming pool is a miracle after a day of visit. We recommand this hotel. Thank you to the owners for their advices of where to go visit and eat! We would definitely come back.

We stayed in a spacious, well appointed and comfortable room with a view of the large pool and the town of Ürgüp below. The staff were friendly and helpful and even organised our Covid PCR test. Elif Stone House definitely deserves the 5 stars.

I have had a very positive experience with Elif Stone House. Miss Meral was very helpful at the reception and helped me book several attractions. The rooms that I stayed in were spacious, peaceful, and had a great breakfast spot. I will definitely stay at the hotel next time I visit Cappadocia.

Eşimle çıktığımız hafta sonu seyahatimizde şirin görünen bu oteli seçtik ancak tam bir hüsrana uğradık. 106 numaralı odada kaldık inanılmaz küçük bir odaydı. Yatak oldukça eski sürekli gıcırdıyor. Yastıklar inanılmaz sert. Yatakta tek kişilik yorgan var oysa ki çift konaklaması yapıyoruz. Banyoda ısı**a yok…. Soğuk kış gününde o banyo kullanımı imkansız buz gibi. Kahvaltı serpme değil kesinlikle . Toplamda 5 çeşit anca veriyorlar. Oda değişimi istediğimizde yoğunluktan dolayı olamayacağını söylediler. Sadece tasarım güzel onun dışında kesinlikle hayal kırıklığına uğratıyor….
