1.酒店那個房門，每次自動關上，就像大風颳的砰💥的一聲就關上了，心臟病都要給嚇出來，白天這樣也就算了，大晚上1-2點隔壁左右的門砰砰砰的關，根本沒法睡（本人平時睡眠質量很好，每年體檢，身體健康），好想邀請酒店老闆半夜來體驗一下，這種砰砰砰的關門聲（認真的）
2.床側面的燈帶又亮又靈敏，稍稍動一下了就亮了，翻個身又亮了，我真的是謝謝了，被照射了一晚上，真的分分鐘想罵人
3.沐浴露洗髮水這樣裝着，衞生嗎？乾淨嗎？這樣怎麼區分哪個是沐浴露？哪個是洗髮水？
中國都走遍了吧，第一次住這麼憋屈的地方。真的，如果有受虐傾向的，歡迎過來體驗

自駕帶高齡父母出來玩 一路走來近十天的路程 在這裏睡的最舒服的2晚 酒店是剛裝修不久 床品睡着很舒服 非常解乏 從酒店前台到保安大叔 保潔員 服務態度都非常好 熱情周到 早餐店雞腿餡餅很好吃 長者家非常喜歡吃 後院還有一個免費停車場 從酒店步行到博物館15分鐘 樓下小吃燒烤啥都有 真的是一個寶藏酒店 希望越做越好 下次來還住這裏

整體店裡的環境很好，採光也不錯，很考究，看出來有精心設計過，讓人眼前一亮。博物館走幾分鐘就能到，離酒店特別近，而且酒店設施也很齊全，下次出差繼續住這！

酒店新裝修，整體來説衞生還不錯，配套設施齊全，周邊交通也很方便，還有烤包子，饢這些小吃，性價比還是挺高的

一、需要改進的體驗
1. 入住等待太久
- 提前一天溝通説可以協調提前入住，但當天10點到店被告知要等到14點
- 14:40去拿房卡時房間還沒打掃好，又等了一個多小時，直到快16點才入住
- 提了延遲退房補償被直接拒絕（最後退房時還是被提前催退）
2. 洗衣房管理問題
- 洗好的衣服被隨便扔在公共筐裏，旁邊還有別人的臟鞋襪
- 建議給每個客人準備專用洗衣籃，避免混放
-加強監督管理
3. 洗澡水温不穩定
- 經常要放很久冷水才出熱水，過程中還會忽冷忽熱
- 不過頂噴的水流挺舒服的，水温穩定時體驗不錯
4. 洗髮水問題
- 雖然香味好聞，但用完頭皮屑明顯變多
- 建議酒店自己試用後考慮換品牌
二、值得表揚的服務
1. 退房特別方便，交卡就能走，整個過程半分鐘搞定
2. 客房服務響應快：
- 要礦泉水5分鐘內送到
- 每天打掃很及時，掛個牌子回來房間就整理好了
3. 細節貼心：
- 馬桶配有一次性坐墊
- 洗漱用品補充及時
- 垃圾桶每天都會清理更換
三、小建議
如果能對長時間等待的客人有些補償（比如送杯咖啡或延遲退房 或者態度好一點），體驗會好很多。現在感覺等房很久卻沒有任何補救措施，也沒什麼不好意思的態度，希望酒店能平衡好規定和人情，繼續加油改進

這是我出門在外住性價比最好的酒店，雖然價格便宜且房間面積偏小，但是很乾凈又安靜，大廳茶水咖啡，洗衣房洗衣機烘乾機，滴露消毒水和消毒洗衣液。該有的都有，很齊全，牙刷等洗簌用品質量也不錯，還有棉簽和頭繩。
