我們剛到酒店保安大姐就來幫我拿行李笑容滿面，前台辦理入住的時候，工作人員手腳麻利還介美景，美食推薦了幾個周邊超好玩的地方，直接把我旅行體驗拉滿。進了房間佈置得温馨又雅緻。床軟乎乎的，一躺上去，感覺一天的疲憊都沒了，被子軟乎乎的，羽絨被，包圍着我很暖和，而且房間明亮，晚上睡得那叫一個香。衞生間乾濕分離，這點我超愛，洗洗漱用品味道香香的，品質也不錯，細節直接拿捏。餐廳環境也很好，時刻保持桌面整潔。酒店的服務更是沒得説,貼心到讓我感動，我説要洗衣服，前台直接給我洗乾淨，這服務意識,簡直絕了這次住店體驗從環境到服務從硬件到軟件完美，入住滿意，推薦來住。

進疆時住了這家酒店很滿意，出疆時再次入住該酒店，工作人員還是一如既往地熱情，尤其是前台的小哥哥，親自帶我們到房間，看看房間是否安靜。早餐還是非常豐富，有機會來烏市還會入住這家酒店。

一百個好評。在南站和烏魯木齊站中間。坐傳説中的二路汽車可以到博物館和大巴扎。要是七點到的烏魯木齊，酒店沒人退房。我們吃了早餐，九點左右有人退房，前台就安排收拾出來了。還一直説地有點濕不好意思。第二天我們是晚上九點的火車，還給辦理了延時。博物館一定要多留點時間，請個講解。其它內地城市跟這的東西可真不一樣！帶娃的話去水磨溝吧，玩水又涼快，也很近

非常好，乾淨整潔，謝謝服務，酒店在乾果市場對面，購物方便，400米就是公交獸醫站站，2路環線經過，2路公交車是環八樓的旅遊公交車，和田二街以及博物館和大巴扎都能到達
