Large and clean room, equipped with everything you need. Daily room cleaning. Daily update of bottled water supplies in the room. Very tasty and filling breakfasts in the restaurant. Polite and always ready to help staff. The only drawback of the room I stayed in was the window that didn't close tightly.

This was the best hotel i ever visited. The food was phenomenal, the staff is now like family to me. I will definitely recommend the Dedeman Oskemen Tavros for anyone wishing to stay in a first class hotel in Oskemen. Everything was excellent!

My 2nd stay here was very nice. The room was great. Room service was prompt and the food very delicious. My main complaint: You have to manually reconnect with the wifi each time you return to the hotel. Location is great for walking around the city. Breakfast buffet is excellent also.
