I've stayed here for 4 nights now and it is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. the toilet doesn't flush, the room lock is broken and the air conditioning is leaking in our bathroom. and we have 2 children's beds, despise being with 4 adults. we tried to change rooms or beds but they didn't do anything about it. concerning the food, breakfast is all sweets and dinner is like airplane food. it doesn't look appetizing and just isn't good. the staff is friendly but doesn't care about your problems.

Esperienza da dimenticare...arrivati in hotel check-in, ci accompagnano alla camera non nel corpo centrale ma in residence, appartamenti fatiscenti vecchi già nel patio muretti rappezzati tende da sole rotte,entriamo in appartamento puzza di muffa insopportabile,lettini arrangiamenti in cucina,camera matrimoniale spoglia , bagno piccolo e vecchio,ma principalmente maleodorante...andiamo subito in reception per lamentarci principalmente perché avevamo prenotato camera standard in hotel ,tramite agenzia DLT viaggi,no appartamento fatiscente e puzzolente,ma dicono di non avere altre disponibilità.inizia il calvario dalle 18 fino alle 20:30 con loro e con l'agenzia...alla fine l'agenzia DLT Viaggi non ha saputo assolutamente trovarci una soluzione ,totalmente inaffidabile,non agenzia seria,proponendoci cambio data(mai più in quel hotel) o rimborso...accettiamo il rimborso delusi e con 2 bambini piccoli dopo aver fatto 200km x raggiungere la struttura ci ritroviamo in strada alle 21 a dover ripercorrere 200km x ritornare a casa.delusione sgomento vacanza rovinata da una struttura con alloggi fatiscenti e un agenzia non seria che non ha saputo risolvere il problema ma buttare una famiglia x strada...senza parole solo delusa

Vacanza strepitosa con uno staff infallibile a partire dal signor salvo mannino , la signora Daniela , la signora governate Marianna , alla cucina con salvo i camerieri salvo Stefania erik…. Ho soggiornato 15 gg qualità prezzo infallibile per me che sono stato con due bimbi 1 di 2 anni e mezzo e altro di 6 mesi il mare ad un passo dalle stanze cibo in quantità e in qualità ne ho girate di strutture pure più qualificate di stelle ma mai in nessuna mi hanno fatto pastina x neonato al momento davvero una bella esperienza ah dimenticato nn ci dimentichiamo di Simone e Alessandro servizio spiaggia pulitissima ed personale qualificato sempre disponibile un grande saluto e bacio va al grandissimo Ignazio amico pasticciere rosticciere e pizzaiolo un consiglio nn fatevi tralasciare dai commenti negativi dipende voi cosa cercate in una vacanza

Durante la notte c'era un ubriaco che girava per le varie stanze lasciando bottiglie di birra sulle finestre dei presenti. Le stanze con una pulizia mediocre data la polvere sui letti e al fianco al letto dove ci dovrebbero essere delle lampadine che purtroppo erano assenti

Abbiamo prenotato per Pasqua e Pasquetta , CENA DEL 31 PERNOTTAMENTO PRANZO DI GIORNO 1 Arrivati in Hotel abbiamo trovato muffa e puzza di muffa nelle stanze ,un nostro amico che soffre di allergie ha iniziato a stare male e ha dovuto prendere un’antistaminico , ma nonostante ciò stavamo proseguendo , arrivati alla cena oltre ad essere 3 tavoli contati , Abbiamo ricevuto un antipasto terribile dove per nascondere i salumi andati a male è stato messo il peperoncino spolverato , nel menù dei bambini è stato messo il Piccante e le bambine non hanno potuto mangiare , Il primo ovvero una pasta con crema di pistacchio era acqua colorata con granella sopra ,immangiabile,non abbiamo cenato e neanche abbiamo voluto provare il secondo , il che abbiamo scelto di pagare solo la cena nonostante non abbiamo cenato e disdire tutto . Vergognoso non andateci !

À répéter! J'ai passé une semaine avc ma famille dans cet hôtel proprie et confrontabile. Personnel disponible. Plage et mer magnifiques même en octobre. Catane est une ville qui offre de nombrouses commodités et qui a beaucoup à voir et à visiter.

Nous voulions un hôtel proche de la mer, mais aussi un point stratégique pour visiter la Sicile. L'hôtel est parfait pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons bien mangé et apprécié les divertissements. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
